  1. Well put it this way, if I had an accident with a car that had illegal tints I would be taking lots of pictures and regardless of fault I would be admitting none and claiming that the other car had reduced visibility, pretty sure I would win My rears are all tinted legally so I'm definitely not against it if it is done right Sent from the golf club... If I had a crash with you it would automatically be your fault. Get back to the Strawberry and funny hand shake brigade.
  2. If we worried about getting stopped everytime we did a MOD then half the cars belonging to forum members would never see the light of day.!!
  3. I thought it was a design feature!
  4. There was a method to measure your Zed in the green room once (I think) I believe the correct calculation is twice the distance from dead centre to any one of it's 2 given ends. Hope this helps !!
  5. No you need the ones that Weapon R make. I sold a complete set to Chris. Brooklands. Tarmac can sell you one
  6. Ivor and I developed this between us and it was a lot of trial and error. It is a perfect fit. I remember paying over £40 for the threaded fittings and lid but you get what you pay for in this life
  7. Ivor from VORTEC very kindly sent these over just a moment ago so it gives you the basics. Tomorrow I will take some under the bonnet. I do not have any idea of prices or the like as mine was the 1st one and has had a few adapt ions. It has worked perfectly on my car for 12 months now without any issues. Hope this helps Peter
  8. I had both coolant tank and undertray on here. Cant find either I shall keep looking. The pattern is on the fabricators PC. I shall keep looking and repost the pictures in here. It appears that I can only go back 12 months and I think it was slighly b4 then under the heading VORTEC fabrication in Swanley or similar. Even my photo bucket pictures have disappeared. I will take fresh ones tomorrow.
  9. I have one somewhere. Infact I have 2. I have a mate who has fabricated a nice shiney alloy one for the HR Let me take a look tomorrow for you and I will let you know.

  13. Ok I may be well wide of the mark but I have had a 0300 code keep coming up. It said coil pack etc. It was running rich and I to started to panic. Last week it did not want to start and kept flooding to the extent I had to take out the fuel pump fuse (No 81 15amp blue by battery). To get it to start. I serviced it on Saturday and whilst it was on the ramp we noticed that once again the poorly positioned Air Filter had blocked solid to the extent it was sucking it'self in. Try looking for simple things and check the air filter. Like I said I could be a mile away or very close. I have found that its easy to panic when we have an expensive car and quite often it is something nearer to home. Good luck

What happened to the good old days when you would o out the back and throw a few punches. Only scum damage other peoples property.
  15. You can't hurt the car by doing to many oil changes. I do mine every 3-4000 as advised by the supercharger installers
  16. 1.8 miles between oil changes! Stuff that the car can stay in the shed and I will grow pansies in it!
  17. That's not exactly the way the trend goes. Often previous car models sell for more than its successor.. Plus it depends how much work has been done to the car. At the end of the day a car is only worth what someone is prepared to pay for it.
  18. Not sure if any one mentioned but is you rear wiper water wash working ok? There was a guy on here who took his wiper off and forgot about the pipe after disconnecting it. The rest is history.
  19. It is a lot more comfortable than a Z but thats it as driven both models.
  20. I was unsure if they would fit as I wanted one as well. I use the ones in the centre but they can get in the way of changing gear.
  21. I had never even heard of them until 2010 when I bought a Pathfinder from WLMG and there were 2 for sale on the 4 court.
