Yeah but I've only been driving 4 years and have got a new car each year... 2006 - 53 Mazda 6 2007 - 57 Leon 2008 - 55 Hyundai Coupe 2009 - 54 Z 2010 - You're going to waste a ton of money on depreciation if you insist on having a new car every year for the rest of your life. Just keep the Leon, it does everthing you need and it sounds like you like it.

Rob, I see your in Somerset. You should get yourself down to Castle Combe for a track day. They have instructors on hand all day who are very helpful and on the track you can really learn the cars limits. I went down last week (my first time!) and it was immense fun. I'd highly recommend it.

It was indeed a great day Captain, depsite my couple of offs. Looking back I didn't get the line right on that corner which is why I went off. Never mind, it was only my first sesion on track! My 'Lewis Hamilton' moment later in the day was a lot more heart stopping! I was really impressed with how the cars performed on track. So much grip going around the corners and even when the grip started to run out it (mostly!) wasn't a problem to get the car back under control. It really made me realise these cars are incredibly capable machines and I'm really loking to heading back to the track. If anyone is toying with the idea of going on a track day they should just do it. I was a little apprehensive before, but after a few laps I was hooked. It's the most fun you can have with your clothes on for sure!

Agreed, those things all happened, but in my opinion watching that, that was clearly the Corsa's fault!! Even though the Z driver SAID IT WAS HIS FAULT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I give up. Anyway, going on Friday to Castle Combe so I'll see if I can replicate going in to Avon/Camp Corner at 120 mph. Just keep well away from me!! You'll be alright. We will only be doing about 80-90 mph coming in to this and with your extra horses, I expect you to be taking me on the inside every time. I'll just use my turbo boost button and jump over you.

That's really interesting, makes me glad I've never changed my rays! I've also wondered if having bigger wheels affects speed/handling as you have more rubber down but more weight where you don't really want it.
