  1. I topped up yesterday at 22p and have topped up again at 20p this morning. The fall in the price seems to defy any logic but it makes for a great entry point (in my view). It will interesting to see how the SP moves when ASX opens later.
  2. Can you bring it along to the next breakfast meet? I'll ask him very nicely and see what he says. Don't hold your breath though!
  3. Great pics Ian, gutted I was away for this. My dad put a deposit down on a Gran Turismo on Saturday. I'm going to see him in a couple of weeks, so I hope he lets me drive it
  4. He's in Oz Plus if you want to have a beef about potholes it's really the highways agency and local councils you should be having a pop at.
  5. RRL just jumped 10% up but no RNS, anyone know what's going on? EDIT: Now up 13%.
  6. Cracking RNS from GKP, just need RRL and XEL to do the same now
  7. Anyone got any hot tips for this? I know next to nothing about horse racing but always like a flutter, and especially enjoying winning money.
  8. Nice purchase, Zed looks great in black. Did the reg come with the car? Imagine its worth a few quid on its own!
  9. For anyone interested in the history of F1, this is well worth a watch: http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b0 ... Ca_Change/
  10. Thanks for all your good work at making this such a great forum. Glad you're sticking around.
  11. I must say I do enjoy my 'luxury' glass, stops my hair being blown all over the place and my car being nicked.
  12. Sounds normal to me mate. It took me ages to get used to pulling away smoothly and I still bunny hop occasionally. I don't think the Zed engine likes being under 2,000 revs!
  13. I'm pretty sure when the HR engine came out Nissan said its an 80% new engine, so you'd be best off just swapping the whole thing, or buying a newer Zed!
  14. Help at all? Allowing the engine to breathe freer, especially at higher engine speeds, is a redesigned intake system including a new intake duct and more significantly (and expensively) a new inlet manifold that is shorter and wider than before. As if that were not enough, Nissan has added new pistons and a revised inlet camshaft profile. These changes are complemented by variable valve timing on the exhaust side as well and a new timing chain and oil pump. Other bits and pieces have been lightened and stiffened to cope with the higher engine speeds. Taken from: http://www.carenthusiast.com/reviews.ht ... le&id=1235
  15. Now there's a man who knows how to post pictures!
  16. Anyone else bought GKP today? 5% dip is a good entry point I hope.
  17. Angry Birds? You're so 2010! I'm into Bubble Blast 2 now.
  18. Get a new exhaust, makes the V6 sound even sweeter!
  19. Thanks for the replies guys, already have a y-pipe, so looks like I'll be getting some HFCs as well!
  20. ...anyone with a plenum spacer and lower MREV2 fitted to a rev up engine. Does it change the sound at all? I have a scorpion but would like it a bit louder (plus a few extra ponies).
  21. Aaaaaarrrgggghhhhhh, not more tips. I'm running out of money
  22. +1 I have been very impressed with how easy it is to use, and how shiny it makes my car look. I'm no detailer though.....
  23. I have tracked mine (also a 296) and enjoyed it immensely. I would advise upgrading the brake fluid, lines and brake pads first though. I did and didn;t have any problems on the day. The car it self really impressed me and behaved impeccably all day, my talents ran out way before the car's did! It's definately made me a better driver as well, so a win all round
