Perhaps Dan asked to become a member of the team again but they refused so he asked them to remove it. Nope and nope. Basically there were words exchanged between myself and another member and it was removed as part of my punishment. Got a run about in the mean time until a resonable HR comes up, after Christmas always seems a good time to buy a car.
