Adrian@TORQEN Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 Any questions ask away If I fit brand new headers am I going to get 300bhp more?
Mikesding Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 I've been to both and would recommend either 1
Stutopia Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 It's like asking who is better, Jenna Jameson or Briana Banks Which one is Jenna, abbey or horsham? Also which garage does Priya Rai work in? I'm going there.
BulletMagnet Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 Priya Rai is in Leicester with CougarStore I'd say Abbey would be Jenna as they have been around longer, which makes Horsham Briana 1
HaydnH Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 Don't think any thread has ever been more in need of that smiley.
AliveBoy Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 Personally I'd pick H-Dev, great guys and a great service, I just wish they were closer to me! 2
maddog1982 Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 Try living in Cheshire! No one is close to me

Humpy Posted November 8, 2013 Posted November 8, 2013 Priya Rai is in Leicester with CougarStore I'd say Abbey would be Jenna as they have been around longer, which makes Horsham Briana Brilliant
Jez @ H-Dev Posted November 8, 2013 Posted November 8, 2013 (edited) LOL If anything I'd prefer H-Dev was compared to London Keys - half Japanese... Edited November 8, 2013 by Jez
BulletMagnet Posted November 8, 2013 Posted November 8, 2013 LOL If anything I'd prefer H-Dev was compared to London Keys - half Japanese... In that case, you should be choosing Asa Akira
4RE Leather Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 I went to see Jezz today, and all I can say "What a nice geezer" After I stuck a new clutch in and cleaned the Airfilter that was full of siht you could feel the power as it should be. The clutch had been a known problem and the last time it was dyno's only pulled 464bhp. We have done nothing else to this car other than put it as it should have been. Big thank you 1st of all to Chris (Brooklands350) for his ramp and hands lol to whom without none of this would have happened. And a great big thank you to Jezz for basically confirming what I have known for the last 10 months. I said it would be 480bhp and Chris a rather hopeful 500bhp. Little did I know that not only did we reach the magic 500bhp but exceeded it. And that was being kind to the car. Jezz is confident that 520bhp+ will easily be achieved as he held back on the 2nd run. I can recommend Jezz for anyone who does not mind streatching their legs as its a bit of a sod to find. But he tells it as it is, no bull siht what so ever. Cheers guys. I have a video of the dyno run, but there was a lot of happy swearing going on. So if anyone wants it I wipp either pm it or put it in the green room.
The Bounty Bar Kid Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 It's like asking who is better, Jenna Jameson or Briana Banks Who....???? :scare: Jayden Jaymes and Brigidette B more up to date for you? Brigidette B +1
4RE Leather Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 (edited) Nice, is that at the hubs or the flywheel? It says fly on both Horsham and Abbey charts but its roadwheel. I did ask as it threw me a bit. But the torque has gone up from 383ftlbs to 425ftlbs. Best to ask Jezz as he is the man on this one. I know nothing. Figures say it all. But I will ask Jezz to put something up for confirmation. I could be wrong (again) Edited November 11, 2013 by 4RE Leather
Mark@Abbey m/s Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 (edited) Abbey Motorsport figure is at the hubs (bhp) the difference on flywheel torque is on the Dynapack the flywheel torque is calculated from dividing the hub torque by the overall final drive ratio to get a flywheel figure. Peter 464 bhp was a hub figure not a Flywheel figure. Edited November 11, 2013 by Mark@Abbey m/s 1
Jez @ H-Dev Posted November 12, 2013 Posted November 12, 2013 (edited) Good to meet you Pete The figures on the graph you posted are at the flywheel. Torque looks likes its about 410ft.lbs. Edited November 12, 2013 by Jez 1
Mark@Abbey m/s Posted November 12, 2013 Posted November 12, 2013 Jez, can we see the wheel figures please?
Jez @ H-Dev Posted November 12, 2013 Posted November 12, 2013 (edited) Not got them handy at the moment - think it was around 440bhp at the wheels. Pete's got the graphs Edited November 12, 2013 by Jez
Mark@Abbey m/s Posted November 12, 2013 Posted November 12, 2013 (edited) Did you run it with my map in the car Jez? So Just the same as it was on my Dynapack Dyno. No real gain. what compensation figures you using? I am sorry but that car was tuned to get maximum BHP from the car , it was det limited so I know it wont take any more ignition timing. The difference in figures was just how different dyno's read and the wheel to flywheel calculation is used. Edited November 12, 2013 by Mark@Abbey m/s
Jez @ H-Dev Posted November 12, 2013 Posted November 12, 2013 I didn't make any changes to the car - just did a power run. Ran it in shootout mode 6F - atmospheric conditions taken from the Dyno's weather station.
R35LEE Posted November 12, 2013 Posted November 12, 2013 Mark, Peter said in his original post that only the clutch was done and air filter cleaned and not by Jez. They have just ran the car without the clutch slipping I think? 1
firemansim Posted November 12, 2013 Posted November 12, 2013 Jezz re-mapped mine not long ago, done a great job! Don't stay in the room while he's doing it though unless you want to be scared sh*tless. Could have got the coffee on though!
