If you really wanted to find the ****er, they can analyse the paint to see what make and model it came from if it's stock paint and there can't be that many cars that colour in your area. Think the flash did that. It was a silver car. I was in Guildford parked in the Bedford shopping car park. Came back after a lovely day to find that.
