glrnet Posted October 17, 2012 Posted October 17, 2012 I may have red nuts at the weekend Cheers Will it's been long overdue. I also have a Blitz spoiler in my porch Cheers Steve I'm rather proud of the finish now and ready for the next mod Looking forward to seeing the Blitz on you car, looked at one at Port Solent last year and wasn't sure about it Quote
Wasso Posted October 17, 2012 Author Posted October 17, 2012 So you've got it! Perfect! Delivered today (was sent for shipping yesterday) Looking forward to seeing the Blitz on you car, looked at one at Port Solent last year and wasn't sure about it Me too just need to get it painted in B17 V3.1 Quote
Ian Posted October 17, 2012 Posted October 17, 2012 Did you test fit the RE30s? or are the other wheels a goer? Quote
Wasso Posted October 17, 2012 Author Posted October 17, 2012 Did you test fit the RE30s? or are the other wheels a goer? I did, the rears look sweet and only just fitted with my un-rolled arches. Chris placed the 18 front on te hubs with no tyre on, and they look kinda good. I need to do some photo shopping and once I get an hour spare post up the pics. I think I'd have them powder coated goss anthrecite, but black does look good. Quote
Keyser Posted October 17, 2012 Posted October 17, 2012 Your bloomin brakes Nice to see you again mate didn't think you were gonna get home at one point Glad you like them, they look great behind the RE30s Next time your down "The Bitch" should have a few more ponies - as you know she's a bit sluggish at the mo Quote
Wasso Posted October 17, 2012 Author Posted October 17, 2012 Sluggish yeah right. Epic isn't the right word trust me. A great laugh as always and great to see you and the family 1 Quote
DoogyRev Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 Callipers look great Ian Did you get matching brake hoses as well Quote
Wasso Posted October 18, 2012 Author Posted October 18, 2012 Okay here's some further updates. First up.... Blitz spoiler received and test fitted. Surprisingly it fits perfect on the Seibon boot, which I had some doubt, because although the Siebon is a copy of the original, there was potentially as slight chance the shape could potentially be a little off. If anyone wants to photoshop this feel free. Further to come are the calipers and RE30's 1 Quote
Wasso Posted October 18, 2012 Author Posted October 18, 2012 Caliper fitting. Wheels just loading to photobucket..... Quote
Wasso Posted October 18, 2012 Author Posted October 18, 2012 Pics of the RE30's Comments all pics welcome Hey get outa my car Quote
glrnet Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 Nice spoiler, looks great on your chargespeed rear, love the wheels but never been a fan of black on blue, red nuts needed And it could do with a clean Quote
MITZ@CougarStore Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 Very nice, Ian, spoiler and wheels... Quote
Wasso Posted October 18, 2012 Author Posted October 18, 2012 Cheers all. Car was cleaned this evening at long last, but run out of autosol I may have the rims powdercoated anthrecite, but still unsure. Quote
Vlad Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 car looks amazing! loving it! how much was the NOS setup in total, if not secret? Quote
Wasso Posted October 18, 2012 Author Posted October 18, 2012 The NOS was removed earlier in the year, but the entire install was around 4k I think. But I went for a full luxury stealth install. Cheers thoug Vlad, yours has transformed pretty nice too Quote
Vlad Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 bloody hell, quite expensive haha and thanks...still loads more to come hopefuly! Quote
rtbiscuit Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 looks good both spoiler, wheels and calipers but agree not sure black is the right colour for them, i'd get them re painted in bronze, would suit your car a load better Quote
