2005 DE engine

2/3 milltek exhaust and celtic remap

Richards brothers redruth on a tat systems 2 dyno

246 whp / 269 at the fly

Seems a very low transmission loss to me at only 9%

From fly to wheel HP you loose around 60 .....so your 246 @ the wheels should be around 300 fly

not sure you would lose 60 hp maybe on a 4wd not the 350z maybe around 30-35

I have a print out of my wheel HP ( not hub ) and fly HP there is 65 bhp difference ........ The zed looses a lot of Power through the transmission:(

I would think the measured whp is more accurate than the calculated fhp as the whp is what is directly put down on the dyno from the wheels. I had a new exhaust and a remap so i would have thought that 246whp is on the money

^^ That's bl**dy good Alex for a DE with those mods. B)

You should be pleased with that.

I am!! He said it was pretty good. HFC's next! :)

I had Berks HFC's on my Zed at one point and the sound was fantastic. You will love it I'm sure. ;)

267 HP at the hub which is about 307 BHP flywheel if you add on 40bhp for loss. 95k miles 2006 DE 350z GT

Motordyne TDX V2 & Art pipe decats / Motordyne plenum spacer and upgraded felocity stack.

Tuned by Abbey Motorsport which I fully recommend.

Hi Guys,

I have recently taken my 2008 HR with 55K into RS Tuning In Leeds ( Monday 17th August)

Firstly the Modifications I have done to the car:

Cobra Decats

Buddy Club Pro spec 3 Cat back

Pipercross Panel Filters,

The car had a full service around a thousand miles before the map, including all diff and gearbox oils, with all of the oils and parts recomended by Opie oils

I always run the car on 99RON from either tescos or shell

And the week before I had the map done I run some Red Ex through the tank just for a good flush

The first run showed a healthy 313HP

After the map all of the fueling and cam had been adjusted and it come to 322HP

Torque looks as though its around the 290 ft/lb From the graph

all in all i am happy with the results, the car is much smoother through the power and does not hesitate as it has been doing previously it all the power now seems more instant!

Hey all, went to Jez today at HDev and got my Uprev.

I ended up making 310 BHP which is apparently the most they have seen from a DE without extensive modification.
