  1. Thank you Mike: All 350Z engine variants in stock: Complete short motors are also in stock. Alex.
  2. I would find a quiet road and give them a good bed in which should sort your issues. They won't require a full blown bed in prosedure carried out but at least 6-8 stops. http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/18649-proper-brake-in-procedure/ Alex.
  3. Thank you helimeddaz. 5. The loom is very easy to remove as you just disconnect it at the ECU and pull it out with the engine. Alex.
  6. Now that is a completely different question, however any thing is doable. What ECU etc are you running? Best to keep it simple and just get a car that your engine will just drop in to. Alex.
  7. The wiring looms are different between the early car and the rev up engine if that is the question that you are asking Alex.

  12. You can remove the gearbox and swop out the clutch and fly wothout breaking into the clutch hydraulics. Alex.
  13. If it is bothering you that much then to tidy up the cosmetic appearance just grind it back flush and paint over. These studs can not be removed without a bit of fabrication, however a quick fix is to weld a similar 30mm part to the stub that is showing refit strut bar and fit new nut and hey presto. Alex.

  21. This might also help: Fill & Bleed as follows- Fill radiator & Reservoir 1. Warm up engine to normal operating temperature with radiator cap installed. 2 . Run engine at 3,000 rpm for 10 seconds and return to idle speed. Repeat two or three times. 3 .Stop engine and cool down to less than approximately 50C (122F). Cool down using a fan to reduce the time. 4. If necessary, refill radiator up to filler neck with coolant. Refill reservoir tank to MAX level line with coolant. Repeat 1 to 4 two or more times with radiator cap installed until coolant level no longer drops. 5. Check cooling system for leaks with engine running. Warm up engine, and check for sound of coolant flow while running engine from idle up to 3,000 rpm with heater temperature controller set at several position between COOL and WARM. Sound may be noticeable at heater unit. Repeat step 5 three times. If sound is heard, bleed air from cooling system by repeating step 1 through 4 until coolant level no longer drops. Alex.
