No the 313 is completely different. The rev up is more similar to the 276. Alex.

May be gearbox or more likely flywheel issues. Best to get a professional diagnoses before you splash the cash on parts. I will have all parts in stock to fix your issues so just give me a shout when you have an informed diagnoses and I will be happy to provide you with a quotation. Alex.

That is the rev up engine and the main difference is that it has both inlet and exhaust variable valve timing. They are also known to use a bit of oil as well. Alex.

Your issue may be down to cold weather conditions. Run your engine for about 30mins with the heater full on to generate plenty heat in the cabin and then try again. Alex.
