  1. There is no need to panic if you have this issue as your motor is not going to go BANG. Just be aware of the lowish oil pressure and drive accordingly until you replace the gaskets.
  2. What Z1 have said is correct: If the HR has low oil pressure caused by the leaking gaskets the inlet cam control is slow in responding and the idle is also a little erratic.
  3. Perhaps the train company instructed DPD to leave in a "safe" place or with a neighbour in the event that you were not in. These options are available when making the on line booking.

  5. They can only drop the small metal sump pan with the engine insitu which will not reveal much. To remove the aluminium sump, to inspect the crank, the engine will have to be removed first.
  6. It will be your Eurocarparts brake pads.
  7. Chris, After looking at your images I would be inclined to think that you would be best swopping out the complete roof with one from a breaker. That would then do away with any unforeseen issues and the aggro. Alex.

  9. Nice one mate: Just to be clear, ping me over a picture of the hose that you require as I will have it in stock. Alex.
  10. to the forum. Post up some pictures of the parts that you require as I have some pre owned 370 roof parts in stock.
  11. Firstly, there are no valve lifters on a VQ35DE motor. There are however valve spring buckets which sit on the top of the valve/spring and it is these buckets that determine the valve clearances. It is purely a mechanical set up and not hydraulic, hence my question "what do you mean by blocked".
  12. Glad to hear that you are sorted, however what do you mean by a blocked lifter ?

  14. Common issue with rev up motor and 1lt. per 1000 miles is not uncommon. Remove and checking the operation of the PCV is only a 5 minute job. Plenty PCVs in stock if required, however worse case scenario is a build may be required to fix your issue.
  15. Depending on your exact symptoms, it is not uncommon to remove and clean both in tank sensors to rectify erratic fuel gauge readings.
  16. Fully working pre owned in stock. Just drop me a PM if I can help further. Alex.
