  1. So very sorry to see the damage to your car but good news your damage is temporary. As you say, racing is risky and when the car doubles as a road car that is not the best of news but I have no doubt that with the friends and contacts you have made everything will be done to get the car back to what it was, if the further investigation hopefully reveals it is repairable. Let's very much hope that is the case.
  2. We know you well enough to let this goí ½í¸Š
  3. Out of curiosity amd maybe for the benefit of others seeing this thread, what did you guys do to stop the master emptying itself?
  4. Great buy for you - and treat her well as some of my family live in the Sutton area and they know (put up with ) with my passion for ZEDs so I'm sure to get 'spotted' messages
  5. That will be Blade - code KYO (same colour as my first ZED).
  6. Reading Alex's first post, I don't think he was getting dizzy for any other reason
  7. This guide shows you what they should look like http://www.350zhatchshocksandmore.com/INSTALL.html
  8. Surprised you have have not seen his motorsport thread: http://www.350z-uk.c...ack-day-season/
  9. Andy James is taking part. Hope to get along but the imminent arrival of a grandson/aughter might keep me away
  10. Bullet has paid the Member Trader fee, allowing this ad to be published
  11. Never understood the paranoia about wheel spacers for every day road use, whereas wheel changes with offsets and/or increased width that effectively put the outside tyre edge in the same position seem to be accepted with little mention of the down-sides. Yes those who track their cars will notice a difference but then suspension geometry/changes & tyres will also effect the driving feel. And as for the safety aspect, given spacers (and wider wheels) are widely used in all forms of motorsport and the quality products they have proved to be safe in that extreme use. But that said, the 350 got its reputation as one of the best driving cars 'out of the box' but like many I resorted to using spacers on the 370 simply for the looks and found they made precious litle difference to the feel of the car. Changing tyres (to firstly Vreds and then MPSS) made by far the biggest differences....and improvement to the driving pleasure
  12. Can only echo what has been said above - one of the very best sorted F1 350's you could buy and having seen it out on several drives
  13. Great golf trolly Look forward to pics when it has been fully cleaned - but you are quite right to be proud of the new wheels (and the car!)
  14. Would really have loved to Alex - but timing is for me is just a weekend out So "swinging by" from the south coast two weekends on the trot is a tad much
  15. Why do we need to feel the need to vent about inconsiderate cyclists when we also know there are loads more inconsiderate drivers? Quite simple really - as drivers of motorized transport we get stung left right and centre in our pockets to 'enjoy', or even be required to use our mode of getting around whereas cyclists pay zilch and yet millions is spent on accommodating them (no guesses as to where most of that money comes from ). And when there are accidents between the two we all know where the finger of blame is pointed irrespective of who may have been at fault - the party who is required to carry insurance by law........ Rabbitstews example above is something I have come across several times where they simply ignore whatever is behind them, and just shows how one idiot behaves on his bike effectively putting two fingers up his back to those following. And breathe......
  16. I'm not so sure LWN are a waste of money as long as they are correct for the wheels being used. In my book it is the opportunists/druggies/kids who see unprotected wheels as easy money - remember what you paid for them (and the tyres) and what it would cost to replace. Yes, to a Pro or even someone with just a little knowledge of locking nuts are no obstacle but then they are likely to be after more valuable wheels anyway. IMHO of course.
  17. Bet you know what tyres it has on though just from that glimpsed view
  18. There are such a range of places where you can get tyres that are constantly changing their prices and indeed traders on here can often be competitive, such that the next week a sticky would be out of date. Just need to shop around for best prices.
  19. OP says it's sold ^^^^, so thread locked.
  20. Looking forward to seeing your new beast....preferably before you mod it/wrap it/bend it/change it ....and also a wee little ride soon maybe although whether I will fit in the back, as you did in the A45, with 2 others is another matter Looks a great buy - enjoy
  21. They were my thoughts witth the Vreds having had them on the 370.....but then I changed to MPSS and they are in a different league altogether as the grip, wet or dry, only made me wonder why I had not changed earlier.
