  1. Have a great day youngun, with love from June and me Oh to be ** again
  2. http://www.dsldevelopments.com/brodit/h ... Holder.asp what I had in my 350 Edit:
  3. What ya having done Colin? The sills - I'm sure you will see their shape before the rear wheel arch means they are prone to stone chips. So some remedial spray work and then put in condoms, whilst hoping that the colour match is better than what the factory turned out. I gather the colour match problem arises from the the bumpers and sills being sprayed in a separate area to the rest of the car. I can live with the colour changes on my bumpers though - and as it was pointed out to me at Motorline, many Nissan models have this issue and whether we like it not is unlikley to result in a succeesfull warranty claim. Waits to be proved wrong

    GT Edition

She'll say anything to get a new handbag You lot know her too well My other half hates the whole idea of replacing the exhaust! Is the Stillen meant to be tamer than the Akroppvic - I thought it was louder than the Akro...? The answer is to hear it in the flesh. More than happy to meet up so you and your misses can see what it is like - next weekend? If interested send me a pm
  5. Mine is in for some work - lets see how it turns out

    GT Edition

Your reasoning is precisely why I opted for the Stillen -it dosen't upset the neighbours or the ear drums when you don't want it to. Having just had the use of a 370 with the standard system, even my wife said how poor it sounded after mine
  8. Very sad news

    New tyres

Typical. Ever since I had the Vreds and having now put on a few hundred miles on them it hasn't rained to see what they are like in the wet. And the car is in this week for some cosmetic work so updates on both to follow
  10. Hi Stan - good to hear all is well with the family and fleet Stanski sensible when it comes to cars - pull the other one
  11. Tell them you can He will have them and if gets the order early enough a good chance the garage will have them the next day
  12. I hope not, knowing where the car is supposed to be Quite amusing really - first time I have seen another white 370 coupe on the road and there I am in another 370
  13. Not a nice experience to be stopped but at least they were reasonable and sent you on your way But a bit anoying if the system doesnn't get updated: As the next time it might be case of "OK so clear on that - lets see what else we can find", if they are on number crunching targets
  14. Welcome to the forum and a nice ZED you have there
  15. Parked here - co-incidence: Pic taken May 2011 of convoy to Wales. Passed you in a black 370 and hooted

    Amuse Skirts

They look good and should certainly help to address the stone chip issue the 370 has with OEM skirts.
  17. Yes - some cosmetic treatment - to be revealed. Not as such. I had been asked by Motorline to try their GT Edition demonstrator and let them know how I feel it compares to GUNs, so having dropped mine off today for its little treat at a bodyshop near to Motorline TW, and with the Kent/Sussex drive that starts relatively near my neck of the woods and finishes at Motorline, it all fell into place very nicely First impressions: Get to know how the auto works best. Adjust to the quietness, although I have to say on the motorway the Bridgestones are certainly more noisy than the Sessantas I have had fitted to GUNs The GT Edition (1500 miles) certainly feels taughter compared to GUNs, as expected. Especially with 13k miles on the clock and a fair amount of that being done in Wales and Scotland. Learn how the connect premium works - love the rear camera - a little test, only using the screen: Rear view some 3 feet away from the kerb: As close as I dared to the kerb: The actual distance away:
  18. Now you see it was that red mist that caused the shunt I'm a bit particular about whose rear end I get up close and personal with
  19. Hadn't seen that before - brilliant
  20. Whats the paint code on the label in the door shut
  21. Nice to see how this compares to GUNs Oh and, must be getting old
  22. Make the most of the dream being in front Dave
  23. I take the opportunity after washing/drying the car to take it for the spin to clear the excess water and discs and usually that will be via the nearest Tesco garage to top up with monmentum. Only use the 95 when locations (Scotland mainly) mean no higher rating is available - done that with all 3 ZEDs Graham - the Horsham Tesco's does not have that lip bashing issue, and at least its a decent part of the A24 from you to
  24. I want to say, why not have him on your office desk, but guess I better give me a for having such a thought
  25. airless, hairless, whatever But I note the comments come from short arses
