  1. I know I would get a very hefty if that were suggested for June's Mulberry collection
  2. The close-up of the model does make it look a bit homemade - I do agree, but its better at its true size
  3. Santa came early - first a mousemat courtesy of Ryan @ dyrm for my efforts on martinmac's tour and then yesterday a diecast from my Grandson in a Christmas cracker (it was homemade ) Not sure about the Dotz style wheels though
  4. Another example, like the 'big man on the train' where the prat who causes the reaction will probably end with compensation.
  5. +1 - yeah, best you copy SpursMadDave - great idea of his
  6. That link is about their S13 drift car, still worth a read though. Yeah - should have made that clear Under the pics the OP located it does say: "Corey Hosford is an up and coming Formula Drift rookie for the 2012 season. Here is the K-Sport Nissan 350z that will be his competition car for next season. His tire sponsor shows Falken Tire and this orange 350z should stand out on the grid. Follow Corey next season on his pursuit for the 2012 Formula Drift Rookie of the Year run. Also don’t forget to follow Corey Hosford on Facebook & Twitter."
  7. Have a good one Kenny Hope it goes better than this climb up Applecross Just an excuse to post this pic
  8. Dont think he keeps it straight too often Interesting read here on an engine blow in that car and what it gets up to: http://ksportusa.com/blog/?p=638
  9. Yep, feedback should be mandatory It is the best way of sharing knowledge when others in the same predicament come along as we often see the same questions asked over and over again and I'm sure those before have either found an answer, or if not it would just be useful to let us know it is an un-answered one. Now and again the answers are really useful and are made into guides or go in the FAQ section - anything to help make 350/370 ownership a greater pleasure is always welcome
  10. I'm sure you have, but as it has not been mentioned on the thread so far........ Have you checked your outgoing phone volume is set at a high enough level? If not, go into "settings" - "Volume & Beeps" - "Phone Outgoing Vol" and adjust. (Page 8-5 of your owner's manual for the various ways to access if you are not sure)
  11. Hello from Epsom - I'm just off Alexandra Road Looks like a nice 313 you have there Feel free to PM me for a meet. Those of us in Surrey and surounding parts get to meet up quite regularly but not when the ice and snow are around
  12. Be good to read what they have done to the cars and given the excellent series of videos on the JukeR build, something that Nissan have obviously commissioned. Hopefully something is out there?
  13. Can't wait to see them on the car Graham with the blue Brembos - should look very Perhaps he meant us guys in green
  14. A bloody good idea, if only as a tester The wheels on that ZED are some of the most awful I have ever seen on a 350
  15. I was going south of London very sedately on some rather slippery roads to Petworth and saw some rather nice machinery going the opposite way from Goodwood, including one of my all-time favourites a yellow Lancia Integrale who got a thumbs-up and probably wondered who the lunatic was in doing that from a white 370
  16. Hope Vik54 will give them elf and saffy approval. Gave me and June a good chuckle anyway
  17. Good advice there - you certainly would be wise to avoid using 95 from what we are learning about damage that has occurred to some engines that has been put down to using low octane fuel. Stick with the recommended 98+ rating
  18. Get an extra degree of toe-in on the front and rear Chris - it has dialled out that tendency for me
  19. Scenario seems to be the truck braked hard as he saw the snow plough had stopped/slowed and the artic was bearing down at a rate of knots becasue it was stolen and if you check out the fourth vehicle after the 'pass' its got its blues and twos going. Also, the artic being chased clips the rear of the snow plough and jolts it out. The fact he kept his foot down was just enough to drag the trailer away from a collision. Whether the car with the video was police or not is not wholly clear, but I would say not as he kept going rather than turning to help give chase (what good that would have done though...) Comments seem to suggest the videoing in Russia is common practice to record evidence for smashes and they take these 'incidents in their stride.
  20. Getting back to the metal................. Quite sure if the track were dry the 370 would better the Megane by a similar amount that it lost out on that damp track. Goes without saying really that RWD will always struggle in the damp/wet, as we all know and sideways stuff on track will never be quicker. That said, I am sure the Megane would be great fun but not me as I would much rather have the build quality of the Nissan any day over the Renault. My experience of French built cars meant the dealer saw them than more than me and I would never buy one again
