  1. Yep - I see that one too - regularly parks at the end of the rows on the first level up, but has done so for some time. From what I recall of the reg that is not the one wynnerz was in in Church Road who I think got it when he joined on here in October. Hope to see a post soon and and perhaps a local meet in the new year - weather permitting the use of the ZEDS
  2. See this thread: viewtopic.php?f=35&t=19759&hilit=setting+the+door+opening Although there is a suggestion it does not work on pre-facelift UK supplied cars I certainly recall it did on the 2004 350 that I owned
  3. Locked for you Stroudy Look forward to rm cya starting a thread on his new ownership

    Nav Upgrade

Yes, thats why I waited for it, but they are only on MY10+ 370z, not in 350z or the MY09 370's. easy way to check you are looking at an 'alleged' MY10 370 is whether it has a touchscreen - if not it is an MY09 version. I mainly leave that to the police more seriously, the answer is yes - go to the navigation settings menu. And when you put in a route it will show hold ups etc and update on the move with the usual diversion options.
  5. As we know, looking after an elderly mum whose health isn't what it was is hard work, but huge credit to you for having her at home with you and June & I are sure that with yours and Lucy's support, and with the right medical help, things will get better. Our best wishes to you
  6. Not as nice as the ZED parked behind it but its OK
  7. This has been on my desk for years Could it be my inspiration? Given you are hardly doing things in halves I wouldn't bet against the first multi-colour ZED
  8. Its just when you are in your sixities you wonder where the last 30 years went, as I'm sure I had those thoughts ^^^^^^only last week
  9. You can see the fitment here: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=13358&hilit=cradle
  10. Result After several visits by 'plumbers' who only seemed to want to flog and install a new boiler found one who specializes in fixing boilers and yes a new pcb, (at trade prices) and clearing the air supply pipe has done the job and being a Gas Safe engineer he was quite confident the boiler would go on for years So he now has my business and quite likely the other 9 houses in my road that all have the same boilers of similar 19 year vintage as he clearly has some contacts for parts with the new pcb costing just £85. Much better than C£2k on a new boiler and bits and needless to say he got a good drink for his efforts on top of his very reasonable charge. Given the time of year the other 'alf is well pleased and got some extra brownie points
  11. Today around noon sat in your gunmetal 350 - a quick hello before your g/f came back to see what you were up to Wanna post up an introduction and pics of your car? And if you want to meet up sometime, maybe with some other Epsom locals let us know
  12. Good job you told us as you might have sat at home............ Guess you got a new apple to try out and remind us But have a great day Adrian Looking at the over 60s on here I think it must be over 70 before you get any sense, happy birthday from a wrinkly There's hope for me yet then, just
  13. Yeah, have a good day Steve - it was nice to have seen you again recently at the Red Lyon 300 meet
  14. Thats good news as many a roadster owner has spent hours and a lot of money, aside from the aggravation, trying to get a fix - so excellent work on NeilMH's roadster Abbey
  15. +1 so I can pinch some of your ideas
  16. I presume if you ring from a mobile the system recognizes where you are so it gets to the right police area - just thinking of Martinmac's example.
  17. Wear rate, on any tyre, is mainly down to right foot weight. As Neil says, even the best can be killed off quickly if given a hard time. PSS, if you have deep pockets. I would find the money and they would be my choice for the 370 but Michelin do not make a 40 profile 245 for the fronts ) VUS/050A's Work well on the ZEDS - IMO the VUS will give more of these when you like to play and are not so prone to tramlining 452's are fine for normal road use and IMO give good grip wet and dry and offer good value for money. If ZMANALEX finds them fine to use on his 600bhp roadster on track in wet conditions that says a lot for their grip abilities. Yes there are others but having lost count of the number of posts I have read about tyres on here but from what I have experienced myself and learnt from those far more in the know than me, is my reason for the choices above.
  18. Surely if both are affected it has got to be a sender issue - maybe a faulty earth
  19. Having done all that and not sorted you have not mentioned whether the slave cylinder has been done and if Darren and Alex vvv have suggested that might be the issue it would be worth doing that before looking at an exchange box, I would have thought Good point Darren Clutch slave cyls and fluids also in stock and good to go same next day:thumbs: Alex
  20. Could it be this issue? viewtopic.php?f=27&t=39312&hilit=bose+noise&start=0 I would be inclined to check the fuel pump.
  21. That really does suck. Its bad enough to have something stolen but when you get no help from the police and your insurance co, that is so not right. I would write a letter to Bernard Hogan-Howe about your conncerns with his force (he comes across as genuinely wanting to sort out police failings) and take issue with the insurance company in that you took all reasonable steps to secure the bike when away from home. Might even be worth asking a specialist solicitor whether their 'small print' does enable them to escape a pay-out as they are suggesting?
  22. Sounds like you might be there longer on Wednesday, by choice
