  6. Moved from 'site suggestions and feedback' section as you are saying this is a mobile phone issue rather than unique to this forum.
  7. Moved to off-site location
  8. Quite how the guy got the funding necessary for this starting at 22 with no motor trade history by putting 'flyers'out on the web is intriguing, but huge, huge credit for what he has achieved - quite remarkable. Have enjoyed those vids - so thanks for posting
  9. They are not. And now locking as the OP has asked, before this goes further downhill
  10. Brochure here to help the understanding: 370z_specifications.pdf

    P2 Service

    Excellent
  16. If the damage was superficial, but not repaired well and otherwise the car is fine then for thsake of a few hundred quid to rectfy that problem.......... Sounds to me as though that you would be best off getting an informed opinion for that re-assurance on the car as a whole - whether that is an engineers report or maybe someone on here local to you who can give it the once over, might be the answer? Making sure the engine/transmission etc are all sound is more vital in terms of potential repair costs as you should appreciate a 350 is certainly not the cheapest car to run and repair. Although the seller is saying he is not budging from £5.5 the paint repair (which he has acknowledged) + tyres could still be factors for price bargaining.
  17. Yes, good to meet you and the others Dixon - 'fraid after about 4 hours it got just a bit too cold for me to stay on for the afternoon, despite umpteen layers of clothing . Didn't know that the DB9 also wounded your car in the process - a bummer. Hope the owner got home OK given the pounding suspension, wheels and tyres took during that 'off'. A lesson learnt there though for him though when that does happen And I gather there is a little issue with one of the Nitron Coilovers on the 370 to sort out?
  18. Quite right, as you only need to go for a little jog and knock on his door
  19. But have to agree with him about the Mini facelift - as bad as those Scorpio/Impreza 'facelifts' that makes you wonder if they were done by 'designers' who was welll overdue for their appointments at specsavers
  20. I'm sure you can compose one of your literary masterpieces to put the 'enemy' in their place.
  21. Biggest drawback with LHD, in my experience, is when you are on your own and arrive at form of controlled entrance (tolls/car parks etc) and either give yourself a hernia trying to reach across through the open passenger window or have to squeeze your way out and sprint round and back to pay the charges/get the ticket and get going before the barrier comes back down. Seriously, when it is pouring with rain you will curse it till the cows come home
  22. "Chesterfield area" he says ^^^^^^
  23. Yes, a few hardy regulars made the trip with me to Silverstone following the invite from DMS to the open pit lane track day there on the GP circuit. http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/65100-dms-370z-project-dixcel-brake-dms-titanium-exhaust-nitron-custom-coiloveretc-and-more/#entry1009475 Was keen to see how the 370 with the shine/Amuse kit they have been preparing was coming on, and well it is an eye catcher and looked and sounded glorious on track. But there was also some othe rather nice motors there and and extremely well driven 350 (left-hooker) that has been significantly lightened and the speed ad noise it made even with just 300bhp was impressive. Anyways some picks to drool over - maybe some of the cars will not be everyones cup of tea but hope you like what you see Left to right - glrnet; will370z; Wasso; Ebized & Darren-B Frozen after just 20 minutes The 370 we came to see Dixon (of DMS) with his S2000 Almost bog standard 350 that came with the DMS group And the lightened 350 And some of the other cars - firstly that Mini Graham posted a pic of ^^^^^ but someone forgot to tell them the engine should go in the front Shame this did not go out on track Didn't know the V12 was exposed to the elements The DB9 that had the off - a few thousand to spend on that And some of my other favourites - have to say this Maser sounded absolutely glorious and its V10 and final pic of the new Wing pit complex - all mod cons - very impressed Hope you like
