Can't see there should be a major problem - in the same way those garages who loan cars while yours in service but require your own insurance to cover it rather than theirs. But it will be at a cost of course and if it is one of the non-specialist companies they may not have the right number of tick boxes (or comon-sense) to help you............

+1 and if they are take them off give them and the clamps a good clean up with wire/wool and/or a wire brush and put back together with some Vaseline. More often than not the symptons you describe stem from a failing battery, especially if it is 5/6+ years old.
