  1. Then your car would be put in the appropriate place................. As there was no parking ticket left on the car it is likely UKPC are using ANPR cameras (like Parking Eye) that only cover the entry/exit points rather than all the car parking spaces. Can easily be checked at the site.
  2. I wouldn't presume anything - but some advice. I had something similar at a B & Q site recently - contract parking company (Parking Eye) recorded me staying over the time limit, when I was in the store getting prices and and finding out info about bathroom stuff (only for research BTW ) I wrote to B& Q's HR department (as advised by the customer services desk), explaining at the particular store why I had 'over-stayed' and some 4 weeks later got a full refund from Parking Eye. I was quite sure that would happen and rather than get into any debate with Parking Eye I had simply paid the reduced fee. In Halfords stores I have used they do not have the customer services desks like Halfords to maybe help lodge a complaint to Halfords head office. But hopefully the manager will do as he says. BUT, you might do better emailing Halfords CEO (Matt Davies) explaining the situation and if you can get confirmation of your situation from the manager and preferably in writing so much the better - see the CEO contact email on here : http://www.ceoemail.com/index2.php Good luck
  3. Having been to Singapore on a number of occasions, IF that is this years photos noting your habit of posting up pics from years ago, then it is the typical daily monsoon rain that comes in the afternoon and come the later hours and into the evening and well before the race gets underway the heat there has completely dried it up. Very unusual to get rain in the evenings there at this time of year.
  4. Er...the link says We are currently experiencing issues retrieving your parcel information at this time. Please try again later. DPD have the same system and for me has worked well and now quite friendly with the regular driver 'Rob' who has always delivered in the hour slot provided with the tracking info.
  5. If this goes downhill last the last ones, then expect the NO vote from the mods to this thread surviving.

    Brake Pads

I've had no issues with the OEM pads (only discs due to inferior slip spacers). And after countless Wales drives that, er, mean they are well bedded in But I have noticed that the braking is sharper with Hel lines and Motul 660 fluid, following positive feedback on here from others
  7. Especially without stripes to slow it down your zed knowledge is begining to show its age...............of course stripes make it go faster Everyone knows stripes and pearl white wheels go even faster. Now look, I know Andrew needs all the help he can get in the go faster department - just seeing over the dashboard is hard enough for him, but to need white wheels as as well as stripes Marcus..........I am disappointed
  8. Especially without stripes to slow it down
  9. Same colours as yours Andy isn't it? Poo Sparkle Nah, he never cleans it enough to see any sparkle so just Poo.
  10. http://www.350z-uk.c...rced-induction/ Stunning work on your car - it was seeing this pic that made me look further into the mods you have done
  11. TOO OLD You are young enough to be my daughter albeit my other 'alf keeps asking me when I am going to grow up..........and I still have my ZED But do stick around and let us know how you get on with your ST - perhaps with a glowing report from you I can persuade her to swap her Mazda2 Sport for an ST (As long it does not have those awful stripes down the middle of the car I might not be rumbled about what it actually has under the bonnet)
  12. Outline Planning Permission was given in July 2013, which has established the principle. More detail here: http://www.circuitofwales.com/ And while there are all sorts of details to be approved it does seem that it not only has local support but Government as well, with funding secured involving Chinese partners. It is on a roll and whilst deregulation of Common Land, that is necessary in this case, is always a 'challenge' I do hope those pessimists ^^^^ who think it will never happen are proved wrong and noting it has been agreed with Silverstone that they do not propose to 'pinch' the Britiish F1. Remember when everyone thought Silverstone was doomed from holding the F1 and Donnington was going to get it........the pessimists were proved wrong there!
  13. Sounds a lot cheaper and less hassle/stroke things going wrong to me, to go to a Nissan dealer for a replacement key. But I guess you have already damaged one so a new locking set looks on the cards anyways as I doubt you would get just one locking nut to match the other three.
  14. IMO you are better off having the servicing done at a Nissan HPC as most of the other Nissan dealers do not have the equipment/training to work on 370's, nor in my experience the willingness to undertake the work. See my reason below. You don't have the 3 year free servicing deal? Yes a good Indy can do the work providing they use the Nissan parts etc and in some cases you may well get a better job done. The one downside for me during the warranty period was if something was amiss with the car it was then how the dealer would handle the issue. Yes, they are obliged to anyway but in my book it was building up a relationship with a HPC (in my case Motorline, Tunbridge Wells) so they knew the car and me and when I did have some concerns about the gearbox they supported me in a complete change of unit rather than a rebuild that Nissan UK initially instructed. I now use an Indy (Kaizer Motors) - the fact he is a trained Nissan HPC technician with awards for his work before going solo and is far more reasonable in terms of labour costs and built up a great reputation on here servicing not only 370s' but 350's and R35's, for me is worth the 160 mile round trip.
  15. Reminds me of Knockhill in terms of terrain - so potentially more undulating and challenging than some of the converted airfields. And given we are losing more circuits than we are gaining, so much the better a new one is on the cards
  16. One thing lacking I can see it was not given a good 'airing' out on the roads to make sure the discs are nice and shiney Well I do each and every wash Test drive opportunity missed there Fun bit aside - full marks to Sy1441 for the work done
  17. Not the clicking axle noise I have heard - gentle forward and backward runs normally produce a definite click (more low pitched than yours) through each revolution. These might help: Full repair: http://www.350z-uk.c...-350z-breaking/ Alternative option: http://www.350z-uk.c...try-this-first/ Hopefully someone like Zmanalex may see this thread and can offer a more informed opinion.
  18. Might be worth an ask here, no wings listed but then no asks about them that I could see from a quick trawl of the posts. http://www.350z-uk.c...-350z-breaking/ Suggest you pm
  19. Parts you need? No better place to start than here: http://www.350z-uk.c...parts-for-sale/
  20. Another briliant Vid Tim and love the lead-in/warm-up editing
  21. Should have checked the last post on the thread and there is the reason for Annie not finding it as she had asked us to lock it and hide it - but we can still see it Now copying the Ad to Annie by pm.
