the pictures are rubbish, i'd actually like to see more of it, not because i like it, but i'm intrigued by it.

i actually like it, the greddy lip is nice. i don't think there is much more you could do with it on the asthetics side. my only idea would be to do the centre of the lip in black. so that it flows from the grille through the lip. seen it done on other lips and it looks nice.

i plugged the obd2 cable and software in and cleared it, its agone now and hasn't come back on since. i think it might have been when i reveresed out of my gradparents drive there was a pile of snow and it may have clipped the cats. but its not come back yet after 100 miles since clearing. will monitor it. thanks for the offer mark and look forward to seeing you soon.

i'd have another look at huskies post he has given you the eaisiest way to do this. look in fuse box pick a fuse thats linked with ignition (they are labelled in the lid) remove fuse and solder in 2 bits of wire (you choose the length. between these to bits of wire you added. fit a fuse slot or switch, and voila; roberts your mothers brother husky's idea.

you average car theif scum will probably get stumped by the clutch pedal down for ignition setup in the zed

just a case of breaking the connection on any wire that is required to start the car. personally i'd get a mechanic to do it. i watched 5 trained mechanics in the "young mechanic of the year" competition try and do this and only 2 managed to do it and have it working, and put it in an accessible place. you don't want to have to pop the hood everytime you want to drive off, it will get very tedious. nor do you want to be clambering in the boot. maybe down by the seat or up under the steering wheel.

I tried searching but couldn't find a list of people with OBDII readers and their location, i swear we started one ages ago but can't find it anywhere. so i thought i'd start one. performance wise didn't notice anything really, might be beneficial when tuned for a difference of about 1bhp over the JWT, but it hopefully doesn't suffer the heat soak that the JWT does at idle. and also has better air to it as it feeds from lower down and is in a box. that is of course imho. but abbey m/s should give a better idea come tune day. as for noise, yes their is a slight difference, but not a huge one. i don't tend to notice induction noise as much as i do exhaust noise. but its made a lovely ensemble with all the bits i have so far. both are good choices, my personal preference is the typhoon. but the jwt is equal as good and a definite value for money mod. for me the typhoon is better. there is more to it. polished intake. air box, carbon lid, and cold air feed from the grille. husky said he difinitly noticed the noise of the typhoon when i was last at his, and did say it sounded tastey.

i haven't really dared post over there overall the kinetix improve the tone of the exhaust, makes it slightly deeper and adds a slight popple to the note. on no load throttle (i.e. revving it while parked up i noticed a very slight rasp as about 4500 while stood outside the car when they were first fitted, but haven't noticed it since, and dont get any rasp while driving. i liek them, was a good fit. just waiting to see if i can make the most of them when i get the car tuned and remapped next moth hopefully. just waiting on one more part to fit which is paid for but delivery isn't until mid jan. then its off to abbey

that sounds about right. put new HFC's in about 2 weeks ago, cleared the code and been for a nice long drive and its not come back. do you reckon its a job for some anti foulers?
