  1. Appreciate it everyone! @pjt The next plans are to remove the kinetix v+ plenum and put the stock plenum back on with a motordyne spacer. Next I'm getting gtr injectors and a retune, I'm going to see if e85 will yield any gains. @stevoD haha yeah i remember you

  3. Correct, I think they manufacture a lot of normal OEM brakes too. I would have preferred Brembos though, track performance on the akebonos are pretty "meh." They require some modification to be on par with brembos.. (lines, pads, etc.) Side by side caliper comparison.
  4. THanks! Akebono is a brake manufacturer from Japan, they are the ones behind the sport brakes behind the G37s (370gt) and the 370z sport package.
  5. I've driven manual cars ranging from a z06 to a civic, I'd have to say the 350z has got to be one of the roughest cars transitioning 1st to 2nd in..
  6. Do the Euro models not have the "E" and "F" in the fuel clusters?
  7. Thanks mate, and yes they were..the only modification needed was a custom bracket adapter so the Akebono's can mount on the 350z, plus a removal of the dust shields (who needs em amirite?) The akebonos are an AWESOME alternative to buying an expensive brake like brembos or ap racing. Big rotors that fill in the space behind the wheels really makes the car look more aggressive, something about large brakes just strikes people a certain way I guess. I actually just did a quick detail with meguiars quick detailer outside my work, amazing what that stuff and 3 microfibers could do in 10 minutes. My detailing regime consists of washing it once a week and waxing just about once every month and a half..the paints not too great on my car so I don't bother going balls to the wall on it yet. Perhaps after my fresh paintjob. All the clearcoat on my roof is non existent so it looks almost grayish.
  8. Hello there, its been quite a while since I've posted here. Thought I'd share what has been done so far on my 350, I've put about 85k miles on it since I bought it with 55k and it has not once dipped below in performance. It runs strong as ever, great car.
