    Used one of those "types" about 2 or 3 years ago on Stepdaughter No 2's Audi A3 rear bumper, was a bigger crack than that but did a brilliant job and metallic silver paint match too, downside is none of us can remember who it was!!

    It's the speedo part number I believe, mine is 377a, 2004 DE car. What year is and engine is your roadster?

    Just a thought, is the rear hatch seal still good, is there damp any further back form the new lake?
