  1. Look in miesterR section, they posted it.
  2. Have a search, as there was a product posted for this problem very recently. Of you aren't using the car for a while, get a ctek battery maintenance charger (think that's the name)
  3. Ah that's a great deal, got my thermals ready for the weekend hah. The impact wrench I'm getting is just mains powered, it'll do for my needs I'm sure.
  4. How much was it ? I agree about 4k. Even though at work one of the films I'm working on is 4k, ultimately it's just pointless but for my work itself is a bit handy at that resolution (although not HD space !!!! 35mb a frame)
  5. WOAH! Why didnt I know about these. These would be so handy. The amount of times ive spent hours trying to undo rounded bolts off. Let us know how they workout as I need some of these! I certainly will. And tomorrow I'm picking up an impact wrench (to undo bits, save time!) as well as a torque wrench. Probably snowing this weekend as well
  6. My Mac Allister 'grip tite' sockets and Plusgas turned up today I shall report on how useful these sockets are on Saturday/Sunday (I already know the Plusgas is great). I managed to start rounding a few minor bolts last weekend, so lets see if these suckers work !
  7. What's going in their place mate, anything fancy ???
  8. Of course just my opinion but more black in there as a lot of bright red already, polished isn't my thing, too American for me ðŸ˜
  9. Surely Black wrinkle paint for that plenum intake manifold
  10. That's why I said it could be bs. Sounded like (not my opinion, just reading) the fender and mid chassis brace work but the rest seemed like a waste of money for a daily driver (non track car). Especially if you've not done poly bush/suspension/arb etc on the car first. I personally don't know.
  11. If you do some research, it doesn't seem like these do anything, which could be bs of course.
  12. Try and record a sound, it'll help out far more I think.
  13. Out of that group I've been out in the Spaz and absolutely love it but it was a bloody cold day and haven't felt it's anger yet. I know it's an odd thing to comment on but the damping and ride quality really surprised me.
  14. Sorry to be lazy, just quickly - what are the exact sizes they used including offset and all of that stuff ? I only know this size works well from Forza 5 when I'm tuning the 350z F = 18×9 30mm offset R = 19×10 30mm offset ?
  15. I bought this when I first got my car, and keep it in the upper storage compartment behind the passenger seat. I usually have to use it when it's cold due to the exhaust. Very handy to have. http://www.amazon.co...ords=odb reader Plugs in just in front of your right knee, very easy to use.
  16. As mentioned ^, did they use both of the nipples on the front caliper? I've no idea what they did I'm guessing they just don't know these cars particularly well (thus won't ever go back there). I'll feed this info back to Sly at Kaizer that it probably just wasn't bled properly, so if possible to do that and see how it feels Once it comes back I'll report back here if that was it, hopefully it's the case of that
  17. Pics look like 350 http://www.summit-racing.eu/nissan.html?cat=200
  18. Hi Ewen, Any chance of posting up the other braces or PM'ing me the pricing on these ? Looking to do these piece by piece over the next few months. Cheers
  19. When it got to that part, I switched it off. Mother trying to save the world and her children
  20. Bloody great thread ! If you don't mind Andy, at some point I have to be nosey and come and have a look at this
  21. Accidentally found the STS rear mounted turbo whilst looking for something on youtube (this guy has a bunch of them uploaded): https://www.youtube....arch?query=350z I'm sure you guys have seen them anyway but I didn't even know you could have turbo's mounted in your butt I imagine it's cheaper to purchase compared to supercharging, I've no idea just looks less complicated with fewer parts (fewer bits, cheaper right ? ). Ah didn't see this thread either: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/78039-diy-rear-mount/
  22. Actually I noticed my one was hesitant to start the other day as well. I know it's the battery, thinking of charging it up before getting a new one first. I've got a halfords one from a few years ago, hopefully it'll do the job.
  23. Adding to the thread: Grip Tite Sockets (there are copies, I've just bought Mac Allister ones from ebay) for rounded nuts ! (very cheesy but you can see how it works) Cordless impact wrench (plus impact sockets)
