  1. Look at my first post...watch the videos. Drill bit is included iirc. (he does muck this up - but the removal and tips are handy)
  2. I just noticed he drives two different cars/versions in that clip on the first post.
  3. Definitely put it up on here if it isn't - it should stay in the family so to speak. Also, whenever I look for a new car, I ONLY buy from the owner clubs, I don't even bother with the autotrader/ph stuff.... just sayin..
  4. That's seriously good quality for such a cheapo price.
  5. Cal: I forgot to ask, what's the price for the lights, and what's the deal with the off-set beam, can they be corrected ? (I'm sure you've said already, apologies).
  6. Wait until the LaF gets out there as well, it's hugely fast even in the company of the p1 and 918 but I know for sure the 918 is more stable into and out of the corners, so it'll depend on the track. All of them are incredible cars though.
  7. Yeah I thought that looked a bit iffy on the P1. Can't believe (well, unfortunately I can) how many times they wanted to change the tyres to try and win
  8. Enjoy. Great vid, and fingers and bits crossed I get my taster of the 918 this weekend
  9. After thinking, that looks like an f'ing pile of sh%t - I wondered where that number came from
  10. Just thinking, I guess you can still have the OEM seats and still use harnesses right ? I know it might not be ideal but if you only do a few track days it'll be better with a harness to keep you locked in a bit more. (for myself, I'm going to roll with a CG Lock to start with)
  11. 11 is for manual with open diff 13 is for manual with vlsd Is that to do with the housing for the diff, rather than what the new one does ?
  12. Cheers mate, I've not checked them out yet but I'll post up a few pic's of whatever I discover. It's not a complaint or something I feel, just thought I'd mention this on it's own well deserved thread
  13. Yep will be buying one of these with them also. Was so annoyed when it snapped. Even if you do snap the cable, it would take 5 mins to just repair it rather than bin the headphone
  14. Whats the difference between 11 & 13 ?
  15. Having just fitted the Eibach ARB's on the weekend I thought I'd ask about this (Bennett, I know you're watching!!! ). So I didn't get a second to even look at them after torquing up and heading off for my MOT. I presume the ends should be parallel to the ground ? Some talk about it here which sounds about right to me: http://forum.miata.n...ad.php?t=451131 Note: I'll be doing this when the car is on a ramp
  16. I really want one of these Mines lips, they look like an OEM option, suit the car nicely without being OTT.
  17. I'm sure it'll go like stink but I personally don't like the design, their cars are all looking samey now. A lot like Lotus using the same platform for everything, they just don't differ enough except in power. The P1, if you've seen it is tiny, just seemed a bit underwhelming (well until you drive it of course ) to me as I could see it's a (extremely modified) 12C. Anyway, I'll shut up. http://sniffpetrol.com/2015/03/31/new-sports-car-boasts-f1-know-how/#.VRp1KPnF98G
  18. (oooh I can't stand portrait vidoes )
  19. Here are the links to the v10 though Sounds pretty nice eh.
  20. It could easily have those little holder things welded on like the photo's grundy popped up. Looks like it's nearly there, and more solid than those ones.
  21. Although not quite as awesome as that, a friend from some years ago popped the R32 engine in an Elise. I did some (crappy) vids but the noise comes out ok at least:
  22. spudy - just get it taken to a decent independent, Japex seem to have a good reputation and aren't far away from you: http://www.japexperformance.co.uk/servicesandrepairs.html Unit 3 Happy Valley Industrial Park Primrose Hill Kings Langley WD4 8HD
  23. If they were any good, a lot more people would use them... Just get a rotary or a DA
