I just got LFR5A-11 (6376) - standard, cheap copper core ones as I'd rather check up on them annually.

Use opie oils if you're unsure, or make an order through one of the traders.

Doesn't matter how fast that MR2 is, it's not worth £20k sadly (IMHO) - I'm sure absoultly tons has been spent on it but it's wrapped up in a £3k car :/ (my car before this was a white MR2 tintop) Awesome thing but after building something like that...keep it

I'm going to pull them, label them, get some clear photo's to help identify where some issues might be, and pop some other ones in for now.

If you're doing quite a few track days I'd say it's worth piping some cooling ducts to the brakes. (have a look at specifically where to aim it or it doesn't do much heh). Other than that, I've no idea on wear rates yet.

Right, I just about had time to pull the plugs, thank feck I got new thermals I did wipe the oil from the thread on cylinder 4, it was the same as the others. If anyone can read anything from this that would be hugely helpful but they all look pretty much the same to me. I put these in exactly 1 year ago. NEW PHOTOS ADDED
