  1. Welcome back and phwoaar that looks lovely
  2. Sorry - but dear lord what a pain in the butt ! This guy has lots of 350z specific videos, and a bunch of audio ones. https://www.youtube.com/user/AnthonyJ350/featured But I don't think there is anything that I've stumbled across dealing with what you posted. I'm happy to tackle mechanical stuff, not wiring - too much spaghetti
  3. Crikey A big unexpected pain in the butt, at least no injuries and sounds like your stock is good.
  4. Yup, Bilt Hamber products do what they say, very good !

    MR2T ebay..

Doesn't matter how fast that MR2 is, it's not worth £20k sadly (IMHO) - I'm sure absoultly tons has been spent on it but it's wrapped up in a £3k car :/ (my car before this was a white MR2 tintop) Awesome thing but after building something like that...keep it
  7. I'm going to pull them, label them, get some clear photo's to help identify where some issues might be, and pop some other ones in for now.
  8. If you're doing quite a few track days I'd say it's worth piping some cooling ducts to the brakes. (have a look at specifically where to aim it or it doesn't do much heh). Other than that, I've no idea on wear rates yet.
  9. It's flipping confusing, I guess we'll get used to it soon enough.
  10. You need to rename your thread title PS4S (not ps4) Cheers for the heads up
  11. Cheers for the comments guys, I really wouldn't be selling them if I hadn't put the SPL bushing in
  12. Unless it dries exactly the same shade it'll look a bit pap.
  13. Spray painting guide on YouTube if you want to do that.
  14. I'll try Flickr as well, as I presume that's what you meant Dan EDIT: Just testing Flickr, I like that it has different sizes available without me having to arse about first. Not sure about the app yet for getting the BBCode. Sammy Christmas snooze by Rob Phobos, on Flickr
  15. Stop complaining ffs and give an alternative Bloody Meldrew !
  16. Aside from the oil (I need to add a bit of rtv to the top of the seal tube), how are they looking?
  17. Right, I just about had time to pull the plugs, thank feck I got new thermals I did wipe the oil from the thread on cylinder 4, it was the same as the others. If anyone can read anything from this that would be hugely helpful but they all look pretty much the same to me. I put these in exactly 1 year ago. NEW PHOTOS ADDED
  18. Bring back the V10's and stop all this managing fuel\tyres crap. Then I'd watch it.
  19. Like anything else - you really, really need to state your price and people can bounce ideas to you after that.
  20. 'The car comes equipped with adjustable suspension and race spac brakes.' + like Docwra said, it's like a cup car for race series, so it's not really bad value in that sense.
  21. Ah ok. When I get back in tonight I'm going to have to strip the top bit down again anyway, so I'll pull the plugs and the cam sensors. Once the proper sized (I hope) injector o rings appear, I'll then try the coil packs again just in case
  22. I hope that helps a bit ?
  23. & just bumping to the top, I still have what's listed
  24. Not separating. Ready for the next owner, very easy to install this way. (there is a slight chance I may be able to fit them if collected). These are an excellent, simple upgrade for your tired OEM suspension which is why I bought them in the first place. I wanted a subtle drop in height but a more controlled feeling from the suspension, which is exactly what I got. They are a little firmer at low speed but incredibly controlled and comfortable at 40mph + speeds. So these are ideal for stock rubber bushings or not overly hard poly bushings (whiteline). I ended up with spherical metal bushings on the suspension and it wasn't a happy marriage which is why I chose something else in the end. They have done around 10k miles, and as you can see in good condition. I think this lot costs around £630 new, I'm asking for £450 Ideally collected from either of these Croydon, Limehouse or Farnham. They are boxed and could be posted but I don't know how much that is yet! You can have the little rubber cones and a spare front top mount if you need them. In regards to the B6's specifically: 'Down to which lowering level can I go with BILSTEIN B6 sports shock absorbers (not shortened) in conjunction with shorter springs?' Down to 30mm. That is what is typically offered for new vehicles straight from the factory. Any lower and a shock absorber with a shortened stroke has to be fitted, so that the spring tension - which ensures the required distance between the car body and the wheel - is maintained, whatever the driving situation.
  25. Thanks for the replies guys, it's been a disheartening weekend Although I'm getting pretty fast at stripping this stuff down now ! TT350: Did you pull the plugs or just disconnect the harness ? What was the sign that made you go - ah, found ya !!! And was it similar symptom whereby you'd get that little pop here and there and can hear it's not quite right ? My friend with an NSX said he swears its the coil packs when listening to it as had it a couple of times but once had to replace the 'main relay' (whatever that is) which caused similar problems. Not a bad idea Ekona, since I've probably got to take them out again, and it seems like it's around £75 to do them.
