Yup, but enough to cover most parts, pretty useless in the event of a total loss, however.
She'll be fine, however if you have a full exhaust system, plenum spacer, cone filter etc, it may run a little lean, but it'll be fine for daily driving, not so much on track.
A supplier can't supply the rings and nuts with the wheels because they have no idea what car they are going on, different cars have different hub diameters and also different nut/bolt sizes as you know. I would expect any of the guys on here to supply them with the wheels, however.
