With 2nd hand Rays currently going for around half the price of a new set of 18" Rota's and weighing in at less, I still want a set too But only if I can save up bit of cash and buy springs and spacers to get fitted all at the same time, plus i'd probably have a bit of refurbing to do to the Ray's and I want to colour change them if I do get my hands on some. Anyone fancy "lending" me £1000

I'd love a VX as my next car, but I want to hold onto the Zed for a while (because it's awesome!) and mine is the earlier 04 model anyway. I remember 10/12 years ago when they were first released a family friend bought a red one and I wanted one the first second I seen it, he was getting on a bit though and sold it 4-5 months later because he wasn't enjoying getting in and out of it

I'm wondering if that could be a Nurrish Sat Nav . Pete The sales rep has said that it is a sat nav - but as you have pointed out, the advert is a little light on accuracy. It could well be a childs book with a picture of a map on it or a little mirror that distracts whoever gets into it My first impression is that it is over priced and a little higher on milage than I would have liked - but has to be worth a look as its only an hour or so away. Having checked the service history, it seems to have missed anything resembling a P3 but has had a collection of 1's and 2's as well as an R1 (?) which I have assumed is just spidery writing. As is the salesman pitch - he has had it for a few weeks but had LOADS of interest - presumably from all the people that go to a Jag dealership to buy a Nissan The P2 and P3 services are the same, oil, oil filter and air filter, the P3 just has an extra check or two that are probably done during a P2 anyway. Most garages, including Nissan, tend to off a minor or major service as there really is only two types.

GT4's only came in black or yellow, but I think that you are mistaking the GT4 as being special in having the extra 20bhp. They were just the first version to get the revup engine, all facelift Zed's in 06 have the revup and a slightly upgraded interior and a few exterior bits, the 07 facelift is a new engine providing an additional 10bhp onto of the revup. So really any facelift model is what you are looking for, but I think they'll start at about £8k and are in the higher tax bracket. For £6k you should be able to get a reasonable non GT '03/04 Zed with decent mileage (under 60k), but you're looking closer to £7k for a similar condition GT. If you don't mind an import, you should be able to pick up an '03/04 for under £6k pretty easily depending on the spec. Good look hunting

If your 20 mile e/w commute is 95% dual carriageway you should be getting about the same fuel mileage as you are currently in the VXR, but I suspect you may have a pretty heavy foot which is why you're only getting 27.9 in the Corsa. I live 1.3 miles from my work and unless it's the weekend and good weather, the furthest i'd usually be driving is about 5 miles to/from the girlfriends house and I average about 22-25mpg, had her at just under 30mpg on the last long run. So it probably will cost you a bit more in fuel, as it should being a car weighing quite a bit more and an engine capable of eating your 1600, but it's ooohhhh so worth the few pennies every mile

Looks good and clean and also appears to have the cubby mod, could be an Android tablet or something which would be a great added bonus. £8k is a bit expensive though, bought my Kuro with similar mileage for £6,500, although mine is an '04.

As mentioned above I assumed the address would have been on the Paypal invoice and I left a note on the payment indicating so :headhunt: I'm curious as to which method you used to contact me because I check emails 2-3 times a day and spend quite a bit of time on here and have received no messages since making the payment. I like the look and style of the Ray's, however because of the small dish style they re fashioned with, they look smaller to me than my OEM's, hence why I need to save up for some sexy 19" Rota's

They are welcome to come over and get passed my 50kg German Shepherd and hungry Husky if they want my Zed

Well hopefully they already charged him for the Dual mass HR and just sent the wrong bits, and he'll get new shiny ones for no extra charge soon

The whole kit is just a bunch of stickers, I've seen similar kits fitted to other cars. They never fit correctly and parts which are attached to curved surfaces will eventually pop up and possibly off. Much better buying some carbon fibre wrap for £50 and doing that instead.

Looks like a base model import, check to see if it has uprated brakes to the Brembo's because I can see what looks like the brembo coloured caliper, but could have been just painted. Also keep in mind that it looks like this car has been tracked pretty hard going by the 4 point harnesses...
