  1. The flip side is that the other car is parked up in the same place a lot, so if someone wanted to steal it, it’s much easier to find. Also doesn’t decrease the risk of vandalism or someone else crashing into the car that’s parked up whilst you’re out driving the other one - indeed statistically hit and runs are much more common with unattended vehicles, so actually a higher risk of having to pay out should that happen. What is is daft is that insurance underwriters will use both arguments to increase your premiums, but then that’s how they reduce their own risks and make their money.
  2. Well yeah, cars that spend more time the garage than on the road probably will be...
  3. It’s not a coupe, it’s just the Spoon (or copy of) aftermarket hardtop.
  4. Check the terms and wording very carefully - some are better than others. Wouldn’t expect anything other than manufacturing faults to be covered and even then it’ll depend on what their definition of manufacturing fault is, as that itself will differ from provider to provider. As for if it’s worth it; how long is a piece of string? Ask yourself how likely is any fault that it covers of occurring and what’s the cost to repair, then come to your own conclusion.
  5. Uh oh, someone said his name too many times...
  6. Provided they’re properly cleaned and degreased beforehand, then yes it works well on trim.
  7. Nope. Doesn’t look like much else. Not a plus point!
  8. I disagree with your conclusion based on the following two words; Fiat. Multipla.
  9. http://en.cartests.net/2019/04/28/toyota-gt86-with-front-from-mclaren-720s-looks-fun/ Not tempted then...?
  10. The first one is. The other 76 of them are just Max Power on film... ...for kids.
  11. Well if that's a qualifier, the last 5 Fast & Furious films... And Terminator 2 was better than Terminator. Not remakes but incredibly similar.
  12. It’s a “remake” of Pocahontas. Which was better anyway. Dreadful, but better.
  13. ...and the spacers. And the stubby. And the head unit...
  14. So a half-finished wrap, cheap & nasty looking wheels, re-trimmed seats and a few new plastic bits stuck on then. Hardly the 400Z some people forecast it would be...
  15. Have you stopped taking your medication again?
  16. So an American company released a car in America (eventually or otherwise) and you deem it to be not American. Okay.
  17. Sorry, the FORD Focus isn't American?!?
  18. Bug him anyway, he never looks busy...
  19. Just some advice - be careful where you're cramming that stuff (f'nar)... it doesn't always come out and you might end up spending hours (or just a few seconds) picking it out of very tight spaces with a pick. But other than that, it is incredibly handy stuff to have around some times.
  20. Depends on what you determine a “generation” to be. The Morgan 4/4 hasn’t really changed since its introduction in 1930-something...
  21. Depends entirely on what you’re after and what your budget is really. Car Chem have been a long time favourite of mine but they’ve undergone some changes recently, fiddled with their range a little bit and launched their rebranding today - I’m sure the range is still very good, I just can’t vouch experience of most of the new line up now. Gyeon and Bilt Humber products tend to work well at reasonable prices, then Poorbous make some exceptionally good products for very little money. But also some brands offer one or two great, individual products.
