  1. Yeah, I mean it’s not like it’s in their material interests to support their own products...
  2. No dealership support? There’s f*cking hundreds of Nissan dealerships that sell parts for these things. Not to mention any indies! No dealership support...
  3. Due to the current lack of Infiniti advertising (seriously, when was the last time you saw an ad for them really?) and closing what appears* to amount to a whopping 20 dealerships across the whole of the UK, I think it’s going to take considerably longer for the masses to even notice they’ve pulled out of the UK market. Sales have already reportedly fallen off a cliff, so the immediate impact? Absolutely none whatsoever! *based on the numbers suggested by the Infiniti website.
  4. But at the same time there are now some remainers who feel we should leave because that’s what the referendum demanded despite their own beliefs that leaving is detrimental to the country. That , to me, is even more baffling.
  5. That boat has so long sailed that it's well over the horizon by now. Unless you zoom in with a video camera...
  6. I do so love that whooshing noise of jokes flying harmlessly overhead. Also reliable & good are different things.
  7. I don’t know, a few people have mentioned Civics...
  8. Google in. Both quote the same number on their respective websites. Besides, your guy in the industry can give you all the inside information.
  9. Yet again, what the hell has that got to do with Tesla being the highest selling car this year?!? Youre just trolling now, and not particularly well.
  10. The history of Tesla’s sales over the past decade is completely irrelevant to the projection of Tesla outselling all other cars this year (or 6 months) which was the discussion you were responding to when you spouted that absolutely ridiculous monologue. I know you have verbal diarrhea, never more so than when anyone mentions Tesla, but seriously at least try to maintain a little perspective.
  11. ...and completely irrelevant to the discussion.
  12. Both V-Power and Momentum contain the same amount of ethanol.... Which actually means V-Power is more likely to be affected given the longer turnover times. Next.
  13. Right you two, don’t think you can come in here with your facts and start throwing proof and evidence around thinking that you’re welcome. You’re getting in the way of all the conjecture, opinions and anecdotes of what the guy in the industry said. Stop it now or I’ll have to... find a way to finish that sentence, is what I’ll have to do!
  14. Yay for the Daily Mail; Oh shock, massively overpriced houses fail to sell - must be Brexit then!! Good luck to the guy trying to sell multiple overpriced flats instead of fewer overpriced houses that haven’t sold...
  15. Don’t look at it before it’s coated, just in case.
  16. Oh you’re going to be disappointed with the paint soon then...
  17. Again, that’s not what was asked. Given the other thread about fuels and the number of people who “can feel the difference” there, it surprises me more people can’t feel the difference of spacers too frankly.
  18. Experienced enough to know to know that unsprung weight is detrimental to performance? Yes, actually I am thanks.
  19. Seeing as you want to be pedantic; that wasn’t the question.
  20. Spacers = added unsprung weight = detrimental effect on performance.
  21. But... the guy. The one in the industry. The guy said. You can’t argue with that kind of evidence!
  22. Varies between the insurers but from my experience it tends to fall around 7-9,000 miles. Of course, you should always be honest with your responses.
  23. There’s a sweet spot with mileage - too high and the premium goes up because statistically you’re more likely to crash (or be crashed into), too low and the premium goes up because statistically the car is more likely to get stolen (or crashed into...).
  24. Y'know what, I've completely changed my mind on this; everyone who believes that spending extra on Shell, you're all completely right. You should continue to buy only from Shell.... ...That way, Tesco will have to keep the price of the fuel I'll be buying low in order to compete.
