As done many times before I do recommend you thin the first coat well with white spirit so as this acts as a size/sealer for the following coats. Heavy traffic over floors painted neat out the tin usually starts to peel/pick and start to loosen within time with cleaning. This is a good tip to cover all concrete surfaces, just ensure all dust is gone. I usually hoover the surface before application. Make sure the paint is solvent based not water based. A roller and a tray is best with 1" brush for the edges. Most importantly to make sure each coat is dry before next. Hope this helps.
