    Glad your pride and joy was ok buddy. Chances are that if there was no finds to be had but the car only, they might have had a go at the car as they were coming away empty handed. Problems nowadays is we at times have to think like a criminal to stay ahead.

    I've seen ones welded to the rear strut, then cut out and refit the plastic strut cover.

    The ramp would be the best bet buddy, just to eliminate a few issues and hopefully nail the cause.

    Either run a feed from the rear of the door shut pin or take a feed from the dome lights.

    It should be plug n play. You can hard wire it just strip back the plugs and solder the wires together. Don't forget to tape the bare wires. :)

    I have not heard of it mate but most importantly as you have just had a re spray, watch for bird deposits as they will leave a clear stain in the lacquer. There are a lot of great waxes. I don't see the need for detailing unless they have not cleaned around the car properly.

    Mine goes off once locked and I open the door after unlocking with the key. Must get new remote battery in key fob.
