  1. Dibs on the brake fluid, thanks. PM on way.
  2. You had better sit down chap......Band L now £460, and Band M £475.
  3. But he did say this..... "I just called Nissan and the guy told me that, despite the cradle, the bluetooth adapters don't work with post-2007 cars" Hence my comment.
  4. Adapter works fine in HR models, exactly the same set up as previous model. As usual, Nissan dealer doesn't know his arse from his elbow. Maybe he was thinking 370. Available from usual sources for around £80 generally.
  5. Just looked at the website, it basically just plays a message to incoming callers stating whatever style of message you want i.e: "we don't accept cold calls" and instructs any 'friendly' callers to dial 5 to be put through, whereupon your phone rings. In a nut shell; it doesn't stop anyone calling your number that is capable of pushing 5, so will only guarantee cutting automated calls. And in answer to my previous post, claims not to interfere with BB.
  6. @4RE: Do you know if your blocker machine is compatible with a landline using broadband? Or would it screw it up somehow?
  7. Sorry about that, looks like I just spent your cash on a spoiler.....#50.
  8. You don't need to remove the clip to fit or remove these, it's just a spring, push fit, or a bit of finger pressure on the tags to pop them off if it's tight.
  9. Maybe you'd have a wider audience if you ebayed them for three days, or with a buy it now option. Should still give you time to post next day U.K.
  10. Yep. 'P' services cover more than one Nissan model. As the Zed has a viscous LSD there is absolutely no difference between a P2 and P3 when applied to the Zed. The additional items, eg. spark plugs; coolant, (listed on the right hand side of the applicable page in the service book) are age or mileage specific and will apply to any service dependant on the vehicle age/mileage parameters. See here: viewtopic.php?f=64&t=64230 Oddly enough though it appears that you will always be quoted more for a P3 service.......even by a Nissan dealer.
  11. Yep, common problem on any make where dry parts move against each other. May need repeating every now and then.
  12. RFL is now £475 for any Zed from March '06.

    2 Owners?

Mine has less than 6k on it. Original owner had it two years and did 2.5k, I've had it three years and done little more than 3k. It's perfect. I have other cars as daily drives/specific purpose, it doesn't make the Zed a problem car does it? It's fair enough to be careful when you're looking, but this isn't even close to being an issue.
  14. PM me your address and I'll send you one on Monday. Let me know if you want some double sided tape and I'll chuck that in as well. Not bothered about payment, happy to help. Look at it as a ying to the yang of the fecker that damaged yours!
  15. U.K 'GT' gets: -Heated/Electric/Leather Seats, -Cruise Control, -'Uprated' Bose Stereo with sub. That's it. Nothing to do with wheels or logos or anything else. As above, yours is a non GT, and nothing wrong with that.
  16. http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/350Z/coupe/2006/fsu.pdf Follow menus through NVH...Front Suspension Assembly...On Vehicle Inspection...Inspection of Ball Joint End Play of Each Link. Page 4 I think. It's the usual; stick a lever in and test for play routine. Problem is, it's difficult to replicate the force that is transmitted by a tonne and a half of metal crashing over a pot hole that will easily cause a knock on a worn joint. Plumped for an '06 as I was guessing, but they're probably all the same or similar. Just use the parent directory for other options.
  17. "The cover requires no installation fixtures as it is designed to be an interference fit"
  18. Fair enough, does look good.
  19. Surely the braiding is designed to stop the hose expanding not collapsing?

    350z Service

.......add oil filter, remove cabin (pollen) filter (doesn't have one).
  21. Oopsie, I assumed it was the flag thing, sorry.
  22. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-19011788 Taking "clanger" quite literally.
