  1. You're right, I had a look at getting her in the garage today ... I think that'd be a tight squeeze too ... she's got a big fat rrrs
  2. Lovely ... I like the contrasting colours
  3. I think the 997 beats all later 911s for looks ... but then I'm biased
  4. I would say the 2 metres is measured from ground level and that would be interpreted as in your third diagram but to confirm I would ask a planner. I think @Ebized is the forum planning expert.
  5. Well you've just done the former so to just submit a reply, fill the box below with text and then hit "Submit Reply' Also

  9. The TR Register is asking for photos with the plaque supporting the NHS on TRs. All money collected by selling the plaque goes to the COVID 19 fund - so here's mine:

I know it is, but I don't think you can classify your baby as a regular Vauxhall Col. And I do mean that in a nice way
  11. Surely you mean CDO ? I like things in alphabetical order
  12. Welcome to our club ... which town/city are you near ?
  13. Yep - bucket of warm water - soak cloth - wring out - go over panel(s) once to remove water - repeat to polish to a shine
  14. I was introduced to the Autoglym Instadry Cloth by the guy that did my ceramic coating last year and I've been using it ever since. It's a combination of a microfibre towel and a man-made wash leather type material. Great for drying the car with a streak free finish.
  15. Could be the exhaust heat shield ? If so you can remove it without ill effects.
  16. I've had two bottles of Meguiars for years, one satin, one gloss. I recently used one of them up on the wheel arch liners. Looks a lot better IMO.
  17. Well a load of plants, compost and other gardening stuff arrived on Monday so I thought I'd better get them into their relevant pots and hanging baskets in the garden today as the weather forecast is good for the next few days. Every year I give a couple away to the next door neighbour as a thank you for him looking after the small patch of lawn at the front of my house (his lawn is immaculate). He's furloughing at the moment so he's doing lots of stuff that he normally doesn't have time for such as tinkering with and polishing his classic car, which is twenty odd year old Golf R32. However, like many of us, he's been off work for so long that he's run out of things to do. IDEA - Anyway, I needed my garage to do the potting and pottering so I asked him if I could put the TR6 out of the way on his driveway; but I secretly thought to myself, whilst I'm busy at the back of the house gardening, I bet he can't help himself and gets the polish out. RESULT - When I return with the hanging baskets and pots, I come back to see a gleaming, newly polished, dark blue TR6. And the moral of the story is 'It's nice to be nice' and 'it's brilliant to have good neighbours' Anyhoo, here's a photo I took earlier with my Bugatti Type 55 and a rose:
  18. As with all things that you hope to make money on, you have to buy at the right price ... simple as that. Good luck !
  19. My old Zed is on page 1 of this thread
  20. I'll go first ... Welcome to our club Love the colour of the car Not keen on the stretched tyres Wheels should fill the arches Wheels would look nice in shadow chrome or gloss black with chrome rims But hey, it's your car so it's great to see another Zed lover
