Great cars, my wife has one a loves it. You mentioned the gallery gasket issue, we had both ours done just to be on the safe side. No oil escapes from the engine, it is an internal gasket that is crappy paper on the earlier cars and was swapped to metal in 2012. Maybe just get the gasket done anyway, just for peace of mind? Anyway, enjoy and hopefully we'll get some good weather again soon. PS. I'm 99% sure I read the roofs don't like being opened when it's very cold, I can't remember the actual numbers but we leave ours until it's sunny so to not tempt fate.

Same here I guess you remember the game show your name was in as well?

GLWS, looks good, even if the matts do need a vacuum
-
Lol, yes, every 3000 miles or so

Similar price, around £45/£50 for the pair, so rather than buy them again, I thought these were worth a shot.

UPDATE 2: As per the later post, the supplier has been very helpful and offered softer springs to try, so I'll let eveyone know how they work. ******** UPDATE: ******** They arrived yesterday, well made plastic printed product, rubber boot for contact point, good spring, so I fitted them. Then removed them. They do not compress sufficiently and cause a slight bend in the bootlid. This is most visible around the angle where the boot meets the rear lights. Although they do work, they need further development, I have been in touch with the maker and asked for a refund and suggested they alter the spring. So, after refitting the original Nissan popper, the uprated ones, I removed the rear bootlid trim and took out the weight. This fixed my problem anyway, so for anyone who has the boot not popping problem, take the boot weight out first. I'll post at the end with results of the refund request. ************ Original Post: ************ I found these from a link on one of the US Z FB groups, so I've ordered them, I'll post up how they perform. https://www.opentop.fr/?lang=en I've already bought the Nissan OEM "uprated" ones and they worked for a short time, I've got uprated struts but haven't yet taken out the big weight. Sorry if this is the wrong section, I wasn't sure where to drop this post.

Very interesting stuff. I've been doing Kung Fu for over 20 years and teaching for over 12 years. We teach Qi Gong (Chi Kung) as part of our curriculum, while you can just copy the movements and look lovely, the real root is in the breathe and focus, in conjunction with the movements. Lots of what we do is also similar to Yoga, postures, stretching etc.. Controlling your breathing is vital for many aspects of kung fu and this reaches into the spiritual elements, meditation, visualisation, and clarity, which is easily compared to mindfulness. Maybe look at some Yoga or Qi Gong as well, even just Qi Gong breathing, reverse and normal, it looks like there is a similarity between them and WHM.

If the arch and bumper don't line up properly, I'd say it's not been repaired very well. My 350z was rear ended and I insisted on them jigging it to make sure it was straight as the impact was on one side and it made some bits of interior trim pop off.

Abbey Motorsport in Oxted I always take my 370Z there from Leicester

HFCs and an Invidia Gemini from TS? Get in touch with them and see if they'll do you a deal? https://www.tarmacsportz.co.uk/brands/invidia/invidia-nissan-370z-09-gemini-cat-back-exhaust-single-layer-titanium-tip.html

I didn't know whether to use the cry emoji or the laugh one -
Do you mean refined or fruity without being obnoxious? IMO, no aftermarket exhaust is going to be more "refined" than stock, only ever noisier. I've got a miltek catback system on mine (with Cobra HFCs) but, as far as I know, sadly Miltek don't make them for the 370z any more. There are some lovely sounding pipes out there just don't go decat if you want any semblance of refined, HFCs and go for a system with a back box of some type.

Oil and filer minimum annually, no matter if it's only 500 miles. That's a plus in service history; as far as I'm concerned there is no such thing as changing your oil too often, leaving big gaps between oil changes is what kills an engine. -
Great looking car, enjoy
-
It looks good on the video if that's any consolation, so fixing and keeping is a good call. As per Shezzas comment, The oil one bit at a time will hopefully allow you to identify which part is squeaking, then fix or replace as necessary, I don't think it was meant as a permanent fix.

Airflow Mods (Intake/Exhaust): Realistic Tune / Dyno Figures??
Sim replied to CalvinPomfret's topic in Performance
I've never used Horsham for a tune, so can't directly recommend them, I have used Abbey, who I'd strongly recommend, great job on my 370z. Whoever you go with, don't get hung up on peak gains, an ECUtek tune will make the car far more driveable and push the whole curve up. -

I had a mate used them, good results, they use Abbey ECUtek Base maps. -
As per original post, I'll start the bidding at £1200 for the rims. Where are you btw?

How low will this have to go for you guys to be semi tempted...

Wow, £50k for a Megane?!?!? WTAF.... -
Nice work, looks great

Personally I'd go with HFCs and a catback system but if you like how it sounds and don't want to drop the ££ on a cat back system, fair enough, but I would seriously consider HFCs, they aren't crazy loud like decats. The driveability and variable traction control you'll get from taking it down to see Mark @ Abbey is worth it even if you don't quite get the gains.

It's not my friends first car, just his first Fast car My first car was a Fiesta Pop Plus, great fun

A friend just bought one, it's a great car and it's his first fast car and I have to keep reminding him to ease into it, and he just keeps telling me about how he hit 145
