I bought a big batch of Eurocarparts. They were about a fiver each. Got an OEM Nissan one now. The OEM one has a greater and smoother travel than the generic ones I too dismantled the switch and find it mind boggling how a simple contact switch can fail but fail they did. Let's hope the OEM one I got lasts at least a couple years

I've had a whole batch of switches go on me after just a few weeks/months. I reckon maybe 5 switches in the past year. Also check that the brake fluid level isn't too low or too high. My last switch change was a few weeks ago and at the time I noticed my brake fluid level was slightly high after a service and brake pad and disc strip and clean due to squeaking.

It's Been a Long Time; Thought I'd Pop My Head In To Say Hello :)

Good to see you back Husky. Like you say. Time just flies by -
I'm really liking bronze rims on a white Nismo 370z. Saw one in the flesh with bronze 20" Rohana rims that was lush. But even with the OEM Nismos in bronze really sets it off.

Congratulations on becoming an owner member Does this mean you'll be coming to the Midlands meet on Sunday 8th August?

Kaleb's a legend. That episode where he goes trying to flog that lump of wasabe is class I'm sure you guys made his day as much as his appearance made yours. "Diddley Squat Farm"😆

With the Nismo N1 skirts I can still use the normal jacking points with a trolley jack, but a hockey puck type adapter is needed to stop the jack arm catching the skirt. Without the jacking puck I got by with using a folded cloth to make a pad to give an extra cm clearance.

How to fit new uprated boot poppers / helper springs
HEADPHONES replied to vroom811's topic in 350Z Guides
I think yours are the OEM NISSAN ones whereas the OP has fitted uprated French aftermarket ones from the link he's posted on his YouTube video. -
As long as it's not the same lady owner that I know of who topped up her oil TO THE TOP but to make things worse topped it up via the RADIATOR CAP

Things you find in the recycle centre....

That's a great find -
Only one way to find out. No harm in sending him a PM.

14N definitely is "da man" for these. I originally had the OEM Nissan one. The 14N one is soooo much more plush. More durable too as my original ones fixings fell apart after a few years whereas Ian's is many years old and still like new

At last, I am a 350z owner!

Welcome to the OC Nice to have another Sunset Orange zed onboard. Must have been reassuring knowing the history of the car you got. -
Not an InitialD special. Just an "ordinary" model but must be very special to the owner. Older cars look so good with small wide wheels
-
Very interesting history^ and a nice car for someone looking for a GT4

Welcome to the OC It's great to have another NW owner. I'm based in Manchester. For the past 14 years the guys at Lockwood and Greenwood have been doing all the servicing and repairs on my 350z. Quite far from you but seeing as you asked... They are a family run independent garage who way back in the days were a Nissan and Subaru dealer but then went independent. I actually found them through this very forum as they were used by alot of members here. Often see a zed or two when when I go which is always nice. I wouldn't put them on a par with places like Horsham or Abbey Motorsports. But their prices are very reasonable and they've worked on more zeds than any main dealer for sure. https://www.lockwoodandgreenwood.co.uk/service/ If booking in advance you get a free courtesy car albeit an old Micra or Aygo

FOR SALE "BRAND NEW" 370Z WHEELS & TYRES (3rd SET)
HEADPHONES replied to ZMANALEX's topic in 370z Parts For Sale
Saw a set of these on a 350z in the flesh on Sunday. Absolutely gorgeous and really suits the older 350! -
Looks almost too beautiful to tuck away under a car out of view. One of my brothers isn't into cars and finds it so odd that I get exited about "metal tubing"
