What a gorgeous day. Sun shining A Zed convoy to the meet Great spacious location to catch up with fellow Zedders There was even the JCW and Peugeot clubs in full attendance in their designated areas too, so plenty to see. -
Just back from the MidlandsZ meet. There'll be more better quality pics on that thread from others but here's one without my foot (old joke)

Just finished one of my touchless washes followed by a spray of Turtle Wax Dry and Shine and a touchless blow dry for tomorrow No idea why my car has turned from orange to blue in the top thumbnail  -

JAPFEST SILVERSTONE SATURDAY 4TH SEPTEMBER 2021

Don't forget to take and upload photos/video of the day peeps. Looking forward to seeing footage of this. -
The 350z lines look so good it's almost got that wide arch look from factory. That vertical crease in the front bumper near the reflector continuing up the headlight to the front wing🥰

Some real gems there👍

Jas your exhaust failed at the common flange between back box and mid pipe? You can get this repaired fairly cheap at a exhaust place. Or has your y-pipe failed at the flexis? Mine was failing at both. It's worth phoning your local exhaust place. My local Scorpion dealer managed to supply and fit both a Scorpion y pipe and cat back exhaust cheaper than me sourcing them from eBay suppliers. Was about £740 all in with a lifetime warranty too!

The easiest and cheapest regular top up I use on rims is Turtle Wax Dry and Shine. Spray on and rinse off. On my silver wheels I don't even dry with my leaf blower. Lovely slick finish. Lovely beading. No idea on durability as I apply it every wash. I'm running very low on my Optimum Optiseal. This is a wipe on and walk away sealant. It would leave high spots bony bodywork so never used it again on the body, but never noticed the high spot on the rims https://youtu.be/oAipUH4f2Yg

Those photos are terrific. Really glad the weather was nice for you lot. The quality of the Zeds there was spot on. @davey_83Did you manage to recruit any of the non club members to the OC? -

Only just realised this is on Sunday. Bumping the thread for anyone else who forgot -
I wonder how much the dealer paid the original owner.

Not sure if I posted this before but if anyone uses a Disklok and is fed up of it sliding around, this is my solution. A strap attached to the D rings in the boot where the cargo net attaches. The strap must be a double near the base and tied at the top so that it's too narrow for the Disklok to slide through.

Why on the add does he put 5+ owners when Autotrader later displays 10! You may as well just put 1+ owners Going back to your question, I'd rather a car had an owner for at least a few years. Less chance of reckless owners ragging it from cold not giving two hoots about engine wear as they'll be shifting it on after a few months of play.

I feel your pain about streaks. Amazing how product can kinda "melt into" the paint and cause streaks. Must be a nightmare for our brethren with black cars. I've never seen streaks on my white Kia or Mini nomatter how overzealous I am with product application whereas even on sunset orange I can't unsee the damn things when I get them. However, knowing I can get them gone with some paint cleanser means I can leave them there without letting it stress me out too much.

Welcome to the OC. Try sending ZMANALEX a PM. Owner of one of the most legendary convertible Zeds I've seen. If anyone knows how to help it'll be him.
