  1. I don't fancy the faff of installing or maintaining a resin vessel for mineral free water and normally harvest mine from a dehumidifier I run at home occasionally. This doesn't yeild as much as I would like meaning I normally ration it Luckily I have a SPOTLESSWATER depot 6 mins away. Had my first trip to my local SPOTLESSWATER filling station. My local is at the Access Self Storage depot. I filled in the online application forms. About 10 days later my small feyfob and welcome pack arrived. I topped up my account with a tenner using credit card. As my local is on private land I had to confirm the identity checks online as well to be given the access code to the gate of my local. Dead easy to use. Just tap the screen to begin. Scan the keyfob. Screen tells you your balance and price per litre. They say price per litre varies upon location.......I guess the harder the water the more expensive. Here in Manchester it's 3.5p/litre. Fill up like a petrol station. Screen tells you volume and price dispensed I have a couple of 25 litre jerry cans on order, but for today just used a few 5 litres water bottles.

  3. Use the app Only a few hours left today but hopefully someone gets some free food.
  4. Got that ordered as ZMANALEX didn't have any OEM ones left. I had 2 spares from Eurocarparts. One was too tight. Luckily the other fitted and is tidinge over til the OEM Nissan one arrives from eBay. Thanks again for the heads up.
  5. Welcome to the OC Lovely low mileage zed you have found
  6. I hope Tesco Momentum stays the same too as that's the most convenient station for me. If not it's good to know Vpower is still there.
  7. TCS+ABS+ESP all lit up. The brake lights were actually working fine and when I restarted the car the lights all went out. But they returned shortly after when braking again. Must be these cheap brake light switches. How the hell can a simple switch fail so easily? Is it something I'm doing wrong in fitting it? Will be fitting one of my spares AGAIN and then contacting ZMANALEX for an original Nissan one me thinks
  8. Guess what happened yesterday? Dabbed the brake pedal whilst parking up and.....
  9. That was a great write-up which brought out a guilty giggle or two
  10. Welcome to the OC The orange you are seeking is called Sunset Orange. This metallic paint has a dual personality. On an overcast day it can appear very disappointing almost as if the car is covered in pollen......and that's when it's CLEAN too! But given a direct light source like a sunny day or under lighting at night and the paint really comes alive I originally ordered an Azure blue zed back in 05 but rang the dealer to change it to Sunset Orange. When it's sunny or under the lights at night I have zero regrets about going for orange. After 16 years I still can stand there just staring at the different shades of orange and gold that glow and bounce off the Zeds curves. Happy hunting and if you follow the forum guides on what to look out for, I'm sure you'll find a cracker
  11. When I saw the cancaveness of those rims from the side I was like. The straight on pics don't do them justice.
  12. Had a service and MOT Friday. The garage stripped and cleaned my brakes as I reported squealing brakes. I've now noticed a single "click" when I brake to a stop. This will not occur again until I brake going in the opposite direction. So I'm guessing it's pad related. I plan on going back but are there any safety issues with using the car until then?
  13. Went straight to ep7. Kaleb was a star As was the bee who snuck into Jeremy's bee suit
  14. Over the past 16 years I've gone through 2 OEM NISSAN ones and half a dozen generic ones. A couple of the generic ones only lasted a couple of months. Thankfully the last one I fitted is fine So much so I now keep a spare in my boot
  15. I almost didn't click on this as I have zero interest in gardening or agriculture
  16. On reading the title I thought AHA.....JUST A RESET But with your seat and wheel mods I think you need one of the forum gurus to chime in. The only helpful nugget I can provide is if you get a new clock spring, resist the temptation to twiddle or spin it prior to fitting. When I had mine done the garage said that in the past they'd seen cases where customers had damaged the part like this. Was everything running fine for a while with the new seats and wheel? Anyway, hope it's a straight forward fix for you and would be great to see your seat and wheel choice
  17. Out of the pics I've seen of your zed, that is ranking as one of my favourites. The profile angle. The position of the sun. The balance between the shadows and the brightest reflections. AND this was taken as a rolling shot!
  18. This is my 13th service/MOT here. Spotted a black 05 360z with anniversary wheels.
  19. Washed ready for MOT and service tomorrow
  20. Welcome to the OC You must be turning alot of heads in that chariot

    Bodykit name

That would be the Nismo N1 Aero Kit that was a factory fit option from the main dealer. Original is a fibreglass whole bumper, skirts, rear spats and spoiler. There were replicas by Shine Autos in the States years ago Not sure about where to source them now
