Will370z Posted November 9, 2013 Posted November 9, 2013 Drooool, which one would you have http://www.autoblog.com/2013/11/08/ego-car-of-the-year-testing-video/ Quote
jjt Posted November 9, 2013 Posted November 9, 2013 I haven't watched the video, but I did read the article; I imagine that the GT3 would feel sublime to drive with that howling engine revving all the way to 9k, but the Aston & Ferrari would sound incredible! then again I am a sucker for a V12. Cant pick one though! Quote
Will370z Posted November 9, 2013 Author Posted November 9, 2013 (edited) Oh blummin Nora, just watched the final 2 minutes, oh boy that gt3...... Ekona you better be sitting down and just listen to that glorious noise. Edited November 9, 2013 by Will370z Quote
JordanHill Posted November 9, 2013 Posted November 9, 2013 The bum of that SLS! :o wow! But why that colour!? Quote
Ekona Posted November 9, 2013 Posted November 9, 2013 Must admit, I fully expected the F12 to triumph. Pleasantly surprised the SLS did so well, and disappointed that the Cayman didn't. Quote
AMT Posted November 9, 2013 Posted November 9, 2013 Theres def better cars there in the test but I'll have the V12 Vantage please lol Quote

Suits Posted November 10, 2013 Posted November 10, 2013 My heart says the GT3. Not watched the video though, I must admit. Lots of great vehicles in there though for various different situations I think. Quote

Just watch the last 2 minutes of the 2nd video Sounds a bit like mine, but doesn't corner quite as quickly, otherwise the GT3 isn't a bad car Quote
coldel Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 Have the say, the 911 is starting to actually look like a supercar! Quote
R35LEE Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 We have a customers F12 we look after and it's awesome! Personally I prefer the 911 Quote
taras Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 A bit odd to have a Mini against super cars? Quote
coldel Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 I bought the magazine, they started with many more cars including things like an Exige and whittled it down - so they had other cars from all price ranges, but yeah not sure how its 'Apples and Apples' when you have a 911 and a Mini competing for a 'best car' award. Ekona Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 Because it's about the thrill of the drive, not lap times or top speed. It's why a Clio can be better than an Aston, or why a Veyron has never won. Quote
