Payco Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 (edited) After seeing Jack at Royal Steering Wheels great work on other members cars on the forum I contacted Jack and briefed him on what I wanted. On Saturday I set off to Aylesbury to have Jack fit my new re profiled oem steering wheel. What a truly nice guy and what a great piece of work. It's so much better than the stock one and looks superb. I can highly recommend him. Edited September 14, 2015 by Payco 8 Quote

sixdegrees Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 Looks fantastic Only thing I'm not 100% sold on is the depth of the thumb grooves, not sure if I'd prefer them to be a little less extreme... how are you finding them so far? In any case, amazing what a difference a contemporary styled steering wheel makes to the interior Quote
Payco Posted September 14, 2015 Author Posted September 14, 2015 (edited) Thanks Chris.I wouldn't want to steal any of the green in the world from you.Depth and feel of the wheel makes the car feel like a real performance car to drive now.Very pleased. Edited September 14, 2015 by Payco 1 Quote

Randy_Baton Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 How much lead time did he want? I was going to get mine done next time I was driving past (which is next Monday!) Meant to call him today but forgot. Quote
Payco Posted September 14, 2015 Author Posted September 14, 2015 It was a couple of weeks for me but that was my choice.Give Jack a call. Quote
veilside z Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 That would have been mine buddy. He did two for me before his break, flat bottomed reshaped 350 wheel nappa/alcantara, and my 300c nappa/alcantara, both silver stitched. Unfitted as yet but I have to say he does a 1st class job :) Quote
Bodyboarder81 Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 Looks great man !! Is that the flat bottom option as well? Quote
veilside z Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 Flat bottom reshape re trim £210. Bargain. Quote
