  1. Yes. You know an ST or RS or Imprezza when ones behind you. An M3 could be a 316, 318, 320, 520, 118. They're all made to a formula. Vanilla. Same with Audi. Just dull. I know where you're coming from. Don't agree 100% though. Have a look at a fiesta/focus st nose on, kinda the same don't you think! Yeah you can spot an Impreza from 100 yards away but in the last ten years that more to do with how awful they look. Just my opinion of course.
  2. An impreza or focus st have style?

  4. MPS's have horrendous torque steer. Better off with the focus out of those two IMO. My money would go on one of these.. http://www2.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201604293472996?search-target=usedcars&make=volkswagen&model=passat&keywords=r36&sort=default&radius=1500&page=1&postcode=ab157uh&onesearchad=new%2Cnearlynew%2Cused&logcode=p&adPos=4 Good waftability, good noise, good amount of toys, plenty options for mods..... maybe an r32 golf or edition 30. All of the above will hold value very well especially the R36's. Or how about.. http://www2.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201607256157850?search-target=usedcars&make=audi&model=s4&price-from=9000&price-to=14000&sort=default&radius=1500&postcode=ab157uh&page=1&onesearchad=new%2Cnearlynew%2Cused&logcode=p&adPos=6 Option for the earlier B7 4.2 v8 which would come in well under budget but apart from the noise they're nothing to shout about. You could also get a higher mileage RS4 for that sort of money http://www2.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201607015443608?search-target=usedcars&make=audi&model=rs4_saloon&price-from=9000&price-to=14000&postcode=ab157uh&radius=1500&page=1&searchcontext=default&sort=default&onesearchad=new%2Cnearlynew%2Cused&logcode=p&adPos=2

  6. Keep, try, enjoy. If it's causing issues then move somewhere else
  7. A side note for the above. One of my neighbours swears by kirkton. They're proper car enthusiasts with a lovely little collection & they've sent their delta integrale, Porsche 911 & their rs4 avant to him for various jobs including full strip & repaint on the lancia
  8. Impact Autobody Ltd Westhill Kirkton auto body in banchory North east auto body on Ashley lane just off Union grove Not used any of them myself but looking for one myself & these three all have good reputations throughout various local forums
  9. So am I right in saying that app shows it's had some sort of damage to it in the past?
  10. Bit steep isn't it. Sixty in 4.8 seconds with that gearbox?
  11. Love a kei. Used to have a Suzuki cappuccino years back. They have a way of making you feel all giddy every time you drive them. Always draw attention too
  12. Dammit. Was hoping no one would notice. Better knock £40 off them I suppose Edited
  13. As title says. Bought these with the view of fitting once I refurbed my alloys. Never got round to this before I sold the car so these were never fitted. Still in packaging albeit opened in order to take the lovely photos you see below . These are forged steel wheel nuts so not your cheap crap. There's 20x nuts supplied along with key adapter socket so you don't scratch your alloys when fitting/removing. Price is £45 delivered Based in Aberdeen
  14. All good progress though. Carry on at this rate & she'll be ready in time for Xmas
  15. Golf gti or if it were my money an Octavia VRS petrol both would need slight fettling to achieve your bhp figures but wouldn't take much. Lots of bang for your bucks with a mahoosive boot & plenty room in the back. Passat r36 if you can find one
