The panel is not an MOT failure. However like the brace and end brackets, the body (floor panels) would be a fail.

The rear cross panel serves little purpose except to trap dirt and moisture and is not structural. Most just remove it, and run without it, which is quite easy to remove as it will just crumble into pieces on removal.. if you do prefer to replace I have them in stock and it is not nearly such a big job as you describe in your post and can easily be done in 2 hours. The "W" bracing and kidney brackets are also prone to rust but these are structural and will be an MOT failure. These are also in stock if required.

The Exedy Clutch Disc NSD 140U is 8mm thick out the box.

It is brand new mate and still in the box so will require assembly which is where all the fun is.

I have these bolt kits in stock and they are good to go same/next day. On the rear there are 2 for the camber adjustment and 2 for the toe adjustment. Best to replace the 4 of them. Just drop me a PM if I can help further. Alex.

I doubt very much if it would be a stuck open valve which would certainly give you a zero compression reading, similar to a burnt out valve. If it was stuck open it would hit the piston crown and then you would be in big trouble. If you remove the cam cover, you will be able to inspect the cam, bucket and valve movements.
