  1. Emailed Exedy regarding this and apparently even they don't know. They only have data for the diameters so apparently they must have just made them to whatever random thickness they felt like at the time. I found a workshop manual but all that says is to make sure there is at least 0.3mm of material above the rivet heads. If anyone has a new Exedy clutch they could measure, that would be really handy.

I've taken a few photos as best I could with it still in the garage. https://photos.app.goo.gl/6n66c9oQ8mMspEXF9 I think the only things visible in the photo that are not available are the rear wheels and front banana arms which are now removed. As I have said above, I'm not trying to sell any of this stuff. It's free for collection only from just outside Doncaster. I'm not interested in posting parts all over the country or I would just stick it all on ebay. I'm happy for people to come and remove and take any parts as long as I'm still able to roll it onto the trailer to get it down to the scrapyard when all is done.

Not really at the minute. I've still got a few more bits to pull off then I will pull it out of the garage and get photos of everything that's left and is available for free. Complete suspension system will still be on it, airbags, seatbelts, bits of interior trim, probably the diff. I will get some photos in a few days, just wanted to see if I was allowed to post them and where was best to do it

I'm near Doncaster, but I'm working down South in a few weeks so could potentially drop some bits off if it wasn't out of my way. As long as I'm not messing about packing and posting bits

Hi, I joined the forums a few years ago when I first got my zed. Have got loads of info off here but never really needed to post anything. I had a great time with the car but my engine seized a year or so ago and I've recently given up broken and sold most of the car. The shell is going to the scrappers in a couple of weeks but there are quite a few bits on it that I'm never going to remove and sell at £5 or £10 as I just want rid of it. I know I don't have enough posts to advertise in the for sale section but am I allowed to post some pics of what is left on the shell which would all be free for collection? Sorry if this post isn't allowed, I'm happy for mods to remove if it breaks rules. Not trying to get any money in for any of it, just seems a shame to send loads of little parts to scrap that might help people out.
  6. I've tried searching on here and all over Google but can't find the specs for the stock exedy clutch on a DE. Just removed mine which has only done 4000-5000miles. All light use but it looks like it has more wear than I expected. Trying to find out what the thickness should be when new and what the minimum should be so I can figure out percentage wear
