  7. Oh dear, then I best be extra careful as I am running Federals and putting down 600bhp. Wish that I had known this before I splashed the cash.

    Rough cost??

Around £1500.00 for a modest coil over kit, droplinks, and upgraded bushes front and rear plus around £400.00 for a pair of Sway bars and £500.00 for front and rear adjustable arms to dial the geometry back to OEM settings, plus labour.
  14. The Nissan warranty and maintenance record booklet is designed to cover all Nissan vehicles. Refer to page 17 As the guys have said there is no cam belt as the VQ35DE is chain driven and it is not a servicable item. Another item that the booklet refers to is the replacement of the fuel filter, again this is not applicable to the 350Z. Swop out your plugs and brake fluid though and perhaps the serpentine and PAS belts as well
  15. As Bennett says, or if you just want a possible quick fix, I would just replace the pads as a process of elimination and clean up the face of your rotors to remove any pad deposits. I would recommend that you replace the OEM pads with these: viewtopic.php?f=38&t=27438
  16. I am afraid that in this instance I agree with Nissan.
  17. The service check lists can be found in your warranty and maintenance booklet.
  18. Best advice that I can give you. TAKE YOUR CAR TO A PROFESSIONAL, THEY WILL HAVE YOUR SPARK PLUG AND BROKEN BITS OUT IN MINUTES.
  19. I do not think that Andlid was far off when he said exhaust manifold gasket. Loose spark plug would also give a similar noise. Impossible to give an informed diagnoses off a sound track. Peeps on here, including myself, are only giving you there thoughts, which usually always leads to confusion. Any half decent technician should be able to diagnose this if the car was in front of him. I had to replace a manifold gasket on mine recently and it is no fun job. Alex.
  20. And I have the replicas, perfect fit, ready for painting with minimum of preparation. In stock and good to go same/next day. viewtopic.php?f=38&t=32894 Alex.
  21. I would certainly not recommend that course of action.
