  1. Sounds like a sticky pad or sticky caliper piston. Remove the pads and check the pistons. if all good clean up the pads and sliders, grease up and refit. Alex.
  2. Probably an issue with the CPS (crank position sensor) or you have not fitted the flywheel onto the small dowl on the end of the crank. The dowl most fit into the hole on the fly. Alex.
  3. Jack up directly below the ball joint forcing the ball joint into the socket which should in turn stop it from turning, or split the nut with a nut cracker. Alex.
  4. Looks like it may have been run flat or perhaps just tread separation which is quite common on budget tyres like Falcons. Alex.
  5. Probably the compression rod bushings or compression rod ball joints. Alex.
  6. Very straight forward swopping out the clutch and fly on a 350 providing you have all the tools and are mechanically minded. The box is heavy so it is a 2 man operation and much easier on a ramp using a transmission jack. Remember and drain and refresh the gearbox fluid. It is a 4 hour job so doubt if you will finish it in an evening unless you work in to the small hours. Good luck; Alex.
  7. Congratulations and to the forum.

All the information you require is in the workshop manual which is available free to downlaod on line. Alex.
  9. I have preowned wiper arm mechanisms in stock with no wear or movement. Just drop me a PM if I can help you further. Alex.
  10. Loads of companies offer this service: Google is your friend for one in your area: Here is one of many: http://www.evolutionchips.co.uk/Exhaust_Gas_Recirculation_Valve_Removal_EGR.html Alex.
  11. I run KW Clubsport and find that they are a superb piece of kit for track use. Not designed for road use though and not cheap, however worth every penny IMHO. Function over form for me, so not to concerned with the finish, however mines are still rust free and the adjusters etc still all move freely and no leaks. Go for Clubsport, you will not be disappointed. Alex.
  12. I will not fully self centre from full lock at 5mph. Alex.
  13. Yes they do self centre so perhaps you may have an underlying issue as stated above. However, why would you want the steering to self centre from full lock whilst driving on a public highway ? This type of manoeuvre is best left to when on track. Alex.
  14. I have plenty preowned studs Stuart so they would be free mate. If you want brand new then your local Nissan dealer can supply as they are not expensive. Also best with new nuts, also from Nissan. Alex
  15. Providing they are not snapped and there is still some good metal then just apply some concentrated heat to the manifold flange and screw out the old stud. Be careful not to break them. I have plenty preowned OEM studs in stock or new OEM can be got from your local Nissan dealer. Best to also fit new nuts at the same time. Alex.
  16. So what is the issue with the 2 x studs and 1 x bolt and nut on each manifold that you wish to replace? Alex..
  17. (1) Perhaps clutch spiggot bush. (2) Perhaps soft tyre walls. (3) Could also be numerous other issues. Alex.
