  5. Can I just add, don't use lube just get a nice strong mix of some good shampoo and water in a bucket, I use the angelwax shampoo with mine and never had any issues Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  6. Only just found this thread Installed a few bits I had lying around from my previous car which just so happened to fit the zed the other day... 5000 kelvin temperature bulbs Cree 3w sidelights (hard to picture as in reality they're really bright, perfect colour match to my dipped beam) and also silvertec indicator bulbs Rays red dust caps (no current pictures sorry) When I received them for my Mazda.. Finally surface mount Amber led side repeater bulbs, suprisingly bright and give a nice led effect and instant flash on and off Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  7. Shouldn't affect your insurance too bad dude, my last car was written off for a similar bump but that was only due to bending the chassis leg into the engine pulleys. Think losing all my no claims and writing the car off increased my premium by about 10% which I can live with considering im still 21 til next month. Glad it's all getting sorted anyway! 8. Looking at my pre facelift headlights there seems to be a hollow within the orange reflective strip which looks like it could possible house a side marker light (maybe on us spec I'm not sure) Anyway I was wondering of anyone had wired themselves up a side marker here? And if so, what does it look like? If nobody else has done it yet I do plan on doing it myself when I get some spare time to see what it looks like Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  9. Drove past me this morning while I was at work, didn't really get a proper look, black with aftermarket exhaust and nismo spoiler. Heading towards basford from May bank, in castle, stoke on Trent. 7am ish? Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  10. Sorry to bump a 10 day old thread but thought I'd share with you my experience with interior trim gels / detailers. If you haven't yet tried the range of angelwax products I highly recommend them. They also do a product called anGel which is a clear interior trim gel. It gives a wonderful non greasy finish, satin I would say best describes the finish, not shiny but not dull, brings everything up like new! Not got a picture of it on the zed since applying it however I think I've got a picture of my Mazda interior after using somewhere.. Freshly applied (doors, dash, silver plastics, black plastics the lot And this is a close up of the black trim that was treated approximately 2 months before the picture was taken using the anGel, the finish lasts for months! 11. Sounds like thrust bearing, however I would still expect the noise to be there when warm. Could equally be a stretched chain, what does the idle sound like on a cold start? Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  12. I had an element shield on the filter on my MPS, ran it all year long with no issues maybe a solution? also look into dry flow filters that don't get oiled? possibly a solution? The MPS used to run a SURE dry flo filter with an element shield. People on the mps forums using this type of setup on 600 horse cars with no issues Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  13. Saw you lewisdavid Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  14. Got plenty of other shots too, my zed was the red 53 plate one parked with the Mazda MPS owners club (previous car was a gen2 Mazda 3 mps) Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
