If the methods as described above do not work for you then just remove the bolt and nut from the gear shift linkage and remove from the car the complete shifter. Then just clamp it in a vice and screw off the the shift knob. Alex.

This eBay listing is basically saying buyer beware and that is why they are unsold and why they have been relisted. The servicing schedule should run: P1 - P2 - P1 - P3 Then repeat,repeat,repeat. Alex.

Probably just a faulty sensor. P1273 usually signifies a lean shift. Sensors are in stock if required. Drop me a PM if I can help further. Alex.
