Agree,
The Will will define your late mother's wishes, including the 5 year deferment.
I am assuming that your Aunt is the Executor to your late Mum's estate and that a trust is in place.
As a beneficiary, you are entitled to view the Will and Trust.
You will unfortunately require the services of a solicitor.
Hope this helps.
You are in the wrong country guys.
Up here in Scotland the GPs and NHS appear to be much more relaxed about prescribing medication and basically, usually, you will get what you ask for, within reason.
You have two separate issues:
Battery/Starter issue
Clutch/gearbox issue.
There is a spring on the clutch pedal box which helps return the pedal to the up position.
To get the pedal back up simply lift the pedal with your hand or foot.
However you will still have to address the clutch and starting issues.
Have you checked the clutch fluid ?
Have you tried applying a bit more pressure to the gear stick to get it out of gear ?
If you get it out of gear and with a fully charged battery, press the clutch down and it should start, however you will not be able to select gears until you fix the clutch hydraulic issue, which will probably be the slave cyl.
Tom,
Pointless speculating.
As per my PM best to get the box pulled and determine where the fault lies.
Also as per my PM contact the garage in Inverness before the box is pulled and follow the advice that I previously provided.
Alex.
Most of the time cat to Y hard ware require a bit of heat to help them on there way.
Easy if you have a ramp and oxy/acet to hand.
As above, much easier if you replace both at the same time.
Can't lay my hands on the paint code at the moment, however if you ask for black chrome, any good paint shop will know what you mean, however just to be safe, best to ask to see a sample to make sure that it is a shade that is acceptable to you.
They are not chrome, however if refurbing the complete set then that will not be a problem as it is easy to match the colour and shade of the OEM GT4 wheels.
I will have a look for the paint code as I have done a few sets earlier this year.
On the label which may be with the locking set plastic bag.
Not to be confused with the # for the complete set.
Or perhaps may be recorded in the service book.
