  1. Post up a picture of what you have. The red positive cover is UK spec. Plenty + terminals in stock.
  2. Verbal agreements in this instance mean absolutely Zero. Your Mum's wishes are expressed in her will and should be honoured. You have had some good advice in response to your thread, but you appear to be defending your Aunt going by your replies. Bottom Line: IF YOU WANT YOUR CASH, ENGAGE A SOLICITOR NOW. I'll see her Tuesday, try again and go from there. Take your solicitor with you or someone who is a bit more assertive.
  3. The 3 chains require replacing when they are stretched. The tensioners should also be replaced as well as the upgraded guides and slippers. The main chain tensioner can be inspected through the inspection plate and depending on how far the tensioner is extruding from the tensioner body, will determine how much the chain is stretched, The chain can get noisy and performance will be effected as the valve train timing will be out in severe cases. Now becoming quite a common issue. Also best to fit genuine Nissan parts as most of the aftermarket chain kits are made of chocolate and not a job you want to do twice. Hope this helps.

  5. Wake up and smell the coffee mate. Without a solicitor (as per my previous post) I doubt if you will get any where.
  6. Correct: "Nice guys, always come last."
  7. Do not use Instant gasket or any other sealer for that matter. The MD spacer is fitted dry and no other parts should be required.
  8. Parts of Wills can be contested and overturned so not totally legally binding, however that is another matter.
  9. Agree, The Will will define your late mother's wishes, including the 5 year deferment. I am assuming that your Aunt is the Executor to your late Mum's estate and that a trust is in place. As a beneficiary, you are entitled to view the Will and Trust. You will unfortunately require the services of a solicitor. Hope this helps.
  10. Simples: Just tell them that the item is ready for collection. Job Done:
  11. You are in the wrong country guys. Up here in Scotland the GPs and NHS appear to be much more relaxed about prescribing medication and basically, usually, you will get what you ask for, within reason.
  12. Coolant level should only be checked and topped up when cold as hot and cold levels will be different.
  13. Plenty in stock for sale. Just drop me a PM if I can help further.
  14. There are no fitment differences between 2003 - 2006.
  15. You have two separate issues: Battery/Starter issue Clutch/gearbox issue. There is a spring on the clutch pedal box which helps return the pedal to the up position. To get the pedal back up simply lift the pedal with your hand or foot. However you will still have to address the clutch and starting issues. Have you checked the clutch fluid ? Have you tried applying a bit more pressure to the gear stick to get it out of gear ? If you get it out of gear and with a fully charged battery, press the clutch down and it should start, however you will not be able to select gears until you fix the clutch hydraulic issue, which will probably be the slave cyl.
