  1. "Grundy is that special kind of person you always keep around, just to make you feel superior" Any good?
  2. The next AC is next-gen only, too. Although so was InFamous, Forza, Ryse, Resogun etc.
  3. Frickin' legend, that's me GLOL at Matt's sig
  4. I'd take the Kumhos, out of the two options. Good tyres are important for when the unexpected happens, not for pootling along in a straight line.
  5. Given that there is a 'major' Nismo event and announcement on tomorrow in central London (see PH), I'll put my house on it being the UK launch of this. They didn't spend that much money on a complete refresh to simply launch it in just one territory.
  6. The simple answer is to go and buy a GoPro or similar. You need to reduce the weight to an absolute minimum, and whilst you could spend hundreds of dollars on different mounts, you're never going to fight the laws of physics. That is using VERY stiff track-biased suspension, with solid engine mounts so the car rattles and shakes like a biatch. The camera was mounted directly the to harness bar, which is in turn attached straight to the chassis. No wobble or shake at all. It'll do 1080p @60fps all day long, and most professionals are now using these for their work (Harris and the DRIVE team, Evo et al) so they're definitely good enough. No zoom, granted, but you can change the angle from wide to medium to narrow, which helps. You cannot really zoom whilst on the move any way, so how important is that? You can connect it up to the 12v supply so will run 24/7, or you add a couple of bigger batteries. No biggie. Bite the bullet, and make the change.
  7. It's not young drivers, it's inexperienced drivers. You could pass your test at 65 and still have to wait two years until you can start racking the points up.
  8. I suspect that's from a legit source then
  9. Not good dude Hope you can find something to allow you to keep the car, but of course there are other priorities in life.
  10. I remember once when I was in the Zed, a group of youths threw a glass bottle out of the window which smashed against a lamppost and rained glass into the car (roof was down). I saw red, followed them through town to get enough info and then call the police. Pulled over to make the call, and they also pulled over and four guys got out and came over to the car whilst I frantically tried to raise the roof to avoid a pasting. We all spoke calmly about it in the end and went our separate ways, but really I got lucky. I've learnt my lesson now, and I'll simply get briefly angry then move on, life's too short to deal with nutters.
  11. Thunderbolts and lightning? Very very frightening?
  12. Let me know your GT Rich, we'll have a punt at TF together. I'm bored of Forza now. Fed up with the characteristics of the 350Z on it, that appears to oversteer regardless of what I do to it.
  13. It'd be the first thing I'd do on a pre-Revup car, I have to say.
  14. See, I don't see the other guy in the wrong at all, apart from parking like a knob. I can totally see why he took pics, just in case there was damage that he hadn't seen the first time. Perfectly sensible thing to do, although denying is a bit daft but he probably didn't want the confrontation. Stalking him and then phoning the company is a bit OTT, don't really see why you'd bother tbh.
  15. Why did you confront him at all?
  16. Holy crap, I've found something more irritating than crabs.
  17. Does your TT allow the use of ITN files? Many don't. Get yourself a copy of TYRE (Trace Your Route Everywhere), best piece of software ever made. Create a route in google maps via drag and drop, then it creates the ITN file for you.
  18. No it wouldn't, I've done that twice! VXR220 and the 911, both purchased without driving either. could i possibly interest you in buying some magic beans Sound great, I'll take ten packs! Free delivery, yeah?
  19. If I had one of those, I'd drive everywhere with the doors down just because. Ultra cool.
  20. I'm going to go and edit all my posts now just to annoy you Jetpilot
  21. Oh god we're talking about depreciation over fun, it's just like being on a Porsche forum
