  1. Is the balance settled, or not? Is there any money owing whatsoever? Either way, I don't see why it should be removed as it gives an indication of the persons credit history, which is the whole point.
  2. Soon to be available for £349, minus the Kinect. Shame, as I think the Kinect is ace and a great USP, but commercially I can see why they've done it.
  3. Tbh that's why I've still got my current TV: Sure, it's five years old, but the picture quality is still superb to my eyes (it's a Sammy 7 series 55"). I don't need all this smart TV rubbish, so I doubt I'd get much benefit if I wasn't increasing size.
  4. Oh my, if if wasn't for the fact Jo would have my knackers and really I want a 70" one, I'd have that in a heartbeat.
  5. Bedford and Anglesey are the two safest tracks in the UK, I would say.
  6. Keevil is a dull airfield. Even for a beginner, you'll have more fun at a proper track. I really need to convince you lot to try Anglesey. Best circuit in the UK, for me.
  7. Pay as normal. They will give you the option to pay monthly (which costs more, so don't be in a rush!) when it's time, ie 6 months after.
  8. Japanese role playing game. Like FF, or SoM, or similar. Secret Of Mana, before you ask!
  9. How do they prove a power increase? Unless you're very silly, like taking your car to a dyno then posting it on the interweb, they'd need to prove it was adding power. Again, as long as you don't buy it from a place that advertises it as 'makes a billionty horsepower!', it's pretty much unprovable. Go for it.
  10. I'm more concerned that it'll look pretty but play shite.

Your car will be noticeably slower to accelerate, more reluctant to change direction, and braking distances will increase. Tyres cost a lot more, and your ride comfort will suffer. Your car will look like a rollerskate. You can fit bigger brakes and wider tyres. May look better, depending on wheel style and individual taste. Pretty much sums up running larger wheels.
  12. Drifting is nothing like track driving. I'm pretty handy on track, but I cannot drift for toffee! If it's drifting you want to get into, I'd suggest looking at drift-specific days and ignoring track days. If you drift a lot on track, you're likely to get the boot. I would definitely pay for some tuition as it's a black art that you can't really practise on the open roads for obvious reasons, so well worth going down that route. Personally I'd pay to get trained in the Zed, although you may find something slower (like the MX5s they use at Oulton) much easier to start with.
  13. Depends on tyre used. For 040s I'd go a little softer, for 050As I'd stay with stock, for T1R/452 I'd go a little harder, for 888s I'd go much softer. As a rule, try 35psi all round then adjust to suit your driving style.
  14. Did you watch on the BBC or Sky? Sky has much better audio broadcast quality, so the cars sound a billion times better.
  15. Boring race, apart from the last ten laps. Massively enjoyed watching Alonso zoom past Kimi
  16. 197 was criticised for gear ratios above all, very buzzy. Still a great car, but the 200 is much improved. Must admit, I'd have a 182 over a 197 as well.
  17. Probably cheaper to do 12mths and then alter.
  18. Read the code, use the pedal dance in the FAQs. Could be anything.
  19. Anyone driven one? Are they any good?
  20. Disagree, stock V8 on that car sounds great, as did the straight-six before it at full chat. Stock Impreza sounds good, so does BRZ86, Exige V6, Focus RS etc.
  21. It's really not, not in the grand scheme of things. It's muted and a bit thrashy, even more so in the 370, which is why we all buy exhausts and intakes for it.
  22. Never heard the 12 on the 8-series, bet it sounds lovely.
